Author has written 15 stories for Dragon Ball Z, Tenchi Muyo, Greek Mythology, Teen Titans, Justice League, Harry Potter, Chronicles of Narnia, and Magic School Bus. My love affair with words started early, probably in the womb, and I will read anything as long as it's well written. I write and strive to write well, but, I have a problem with taking on projects and getting distracted mid-way. However, I almost always finish what I've started as long as it's salvageable. I would love to write stand alone fiction one day but haven't quite found the words to do so. My fanfiction runs the range from ironic, to slyly amusing, to angry, to melancholy, to bitingly sarcastic, and, finally, romantic. I've grown up so much since my first story published and hope that I continue to grow. I've learned that you don't always need a happy ending. However, I have a tendency to get caught up in my fandoms and get almost more enjoyment from stipulation than from the actual cannon. This often leads to unconventional pairings and disjointed alternate universes. I thrive on reviews, even bad ones (as long as the criticism is earned). I'm twenty three years old and a Secondary Education major hoping to get a minor in History. And I've got a full time job behind the jewelry counter of a major, big box retailer. Two words to describe me: busy and exhausted. See also: frantic. I own a big silly black dog and (sometimes grudgingly) claim co-parentage to a destructive boxer. I love my boys, but, I really like a sweet little girl dog and a cat. The love of my life is a Navy pilot about to get his wings. We're pretty happy despite the long distance thing. I don't need a gun to my head to finish a story, but a little time would be nice. I absolutely adore everyone of my readers and reviewers; I don't mean to let you down on such a regular basis. I'm going to try really hard to make the delays up to you, so, thanks for not giving up on me yet. From the Copy Room Floor (Updated March 30th, 2009) Corporate Raiders (Teen Titans): Active. I have the next chapter planned and ready to write. I'm afraid this story started without much of a plan and that's really affected the pace of my writing (among other things). But I think I know how I want the story to end (with a wedding) and I want some more political intrigue thrown in. Standby (Magic School Bus): Active. This will be a three part series. (1) Standby, (2) Freshmen Follies, and (3) About Town. I have most of Standby planned, it just needs to be written. Which it will, because I'm really excited about Freshmen Follies. Anyway, Arnold's chapter, followed by Keesha, is next. Then we'll finally get to Tim and start all over again. Although I'm not sure yet, I think everyone will get two chapters a piece. D.A. may get one extra, just to tie everything up in the end. Although a couple of plot elements have changed, the story largely remains the same. Paladin (Narnia): Up on the storyboard. Obviously this one didn't start as soon as I had planned, and, I'm actually really glad for it. It will still be Peter/Lucy, however, some things have changed. The story will start on Lucy's sixteenth birthday and will be proceeded by a short story that begins the day after the Pevensies' coronation. I decided that the story would just be too long if I started as early in the timeline as I planned. I want to get Corporate Raiders and Standby done first and I would really like to get this started by the middle of the summer. Hopefully it all works out. What Dreams May Come (Updated March 30th, 2009) Freshmen Follies and About Town (Magic School Bus): These will be parts two and three of the Standby triology. Paladin will obviously come first and I'd like to get Rehabilitation started before as well. However, I'll try to keep things as together as possibly...not that we're not all used to long hiatuses as it is. Rehabilitation (Teen Titans): A Roy-centric piece set in a variation of the Corporate Raiders universe that goes in a vastly different direction. Focused heavily on Roy's struggles with drug addiction and how it affects his life and those of his family and friends. Mainly set in San Francisco and Gotham City, with attention given to Roy's friendship with Kory and Dick. Very little (if any) Gar or Rachel action. Main pairings will be Roy/Jade, Roy/Donna, and Roy/Kory. Dick/Barbara, Dick/Donna, and Kory/Xane will feature as minor pairings. Whirlwind (JLU): A Wonder Woman/Flash story in three parts that shows the evolution of Diana and Wally's relationship from teammates to friends and then eventually to lovers. May expand on WW/F scenes from Amazon Ramblings. Will not be a story about Diana's relationship with Bruce imploding and her running off to Wally for support. -- -- Aoi | |||||||||||
