I'm an English prof (yes, one of those) with a penchant for fanfiction. I have several story fragments floating around in my brain, but sadly little time to focus on them. I mostly lurk, admire, and try to ignore grammatical errors.

Update, July 2, 2009: I'm honoured that people continue to fave Love and Loyalty. I'm in the midst of wrapping up my life in the UK, buying a home back in Canada, and preparing to start a new job, all while churning out conference papers, so I still haven't got the energy to return to writing L&L yet (much to Sarah's annoyance - she is _not_ pleased with the new job I've given her!). I'll be settled in my new home at the start of August, and I'm certain the view in my new yard (fruit trees and a little stream!) will inspire the few remaining chapters. Do put yourself on alert if you haven't done so already.

Oh, and, squeeeee! I've been asked to teach a special subject on fan fiction! How awesome is that?! Guess I better finish that story so I can claim the right to teach the genre. ;)
