I wrote some character outlines because I was bored. Deal with it.

Rei:
Age: 14, Rank: Genin

Physical Description: Black hair in a high ponytail, long sidebangs cover up her left eye. Eyes are bright blue. Medium height. Click to see outfit.

Techniques: Water techniques. She mixes her chakra with any water she wants to use and can then control its movement as well as its physical properties. Some taijutsu skills. Very weak with genjutsu.

Background: Unknown place and position as of birth. Not born in Konoha, brought there as a four year old amnesiac after being rescued from drowning by Iruka. Lived with an unnamed chuunin until the age of ten, though said shinobi was rarely around to provide her with anything more than a home and food. She started the academy at age 5, and graduated at age 14.

Personality: Loud, slightly obnoxious. More than slightly to people she openly dislikes. Overconfident, rash. Friendly, but makes few friends.

Other: A quick judge of peoples' characters and often correct in her judgements, though keeps them to herself if not compelled to antagonize the subjects. Has a strange tattoo on her back, writing of some sort.

Ryouku Tegowai:
Age: 14, Rank: Genin.

Physical Description: Shaggy brown hair, green eyes. Wears hitai-ate around forehead. Wears a grey shortsleeve zipped up combat vest over a longsleeve fishnet top. Wears full length black pants and black standard issue sandals. Medium height, tanned skin.

Techniques: Poison Techniques. Ninjutsu and ninjutsu/taijutsu. Some basic taijutsu skills, uses some illusionary poisons but at an average level using genjutsu techniques.

Background: Born and raised in Konoha with twin brother Ichiro, son of a single mother who works as a pharmacist. Enrolled in the academy at age 7 with brother, graduated at 14.

Personality: Eager, easygoing, friendly. A bit naive.

Other: The younger twin. A bit of a slow learner, but shows a lot of patience and gives everything his all.

Zennou Souta:
Age: 13, Rank: Genin

Physical Description: White hair falls messily over eyes. Eyes (when exposed) are icy blue. Wears hitai-ate tied loosely around neck. Wears pale blue zip up jacket with a high collar and untied pullstrings. Shin length navy pants and standard issue navy sandals. Wears no kunai holster. Short.

Techniques: Genjutsu and healing techniques. Mentally transports his genjutsu victims into an eerie dimension, increasing fear and anxiety levels. A decent medic. Poor at taijutsu (physically weak), low stamina.

Background: Raised by eldest sister. Has two older brothers and another older sister. Was part of the main family of Kumo's Zennou clan. When he was a small child, the branch families rose up against the main family and killed his parents and eldest brother. His sister fled to Konoha with him and his siblings. His siblings educated him at home until the age of ten when he enrolled in the academy. Graduated at age 13.

Personality: Analytical, speaks rarely. Often seems to fade into the background, but at the right time steps foreword to take control of the situation.

Dokujin Kyoushu:
Age: 19, Rank: Jounin.

Physical Description: Bright red straight hair, goatee. Eyes are dark brown. Hitai-ate worn as a bandanna. Wears standard issue shinobi uniform. Has two kunai holsters. Above average height.

Techniques: Deception and assassination techniques, a complete mix of ninjutsu, taijutsu, and genjutsu. Also a dove summoner. Born with a chakra affinity for wind, developed another affinity for lightning. However he rarely uses elemental ninjutsu.

Background: Orphaned at a young age, he was raised in a poor Konoha orphanage until his adoption by a young chuunin at age 5. She treated him maternally, and had him continue his studies at the academy that he'd begun as a year earlier. With her tutoring, he was soon at the top of most of his classes. When he was 8, his adopter was found to be an undercover Ame spy, and she held a knife to his throat in a foiled attempt to elude capture. He graduated the academy at age 9, but his genin team's first C-class mission went terribly wrong and his sensei was killed. Afterward his female teammate went rouge (although he still secretly has contact with her) and his other teammate retired. Kyoushu joined an undercover squadron in Kiri (Nami was also part of the operation). He enrolled in the Kiri academy pretending to be a former student of Ame's academy and a war refugee. He graduated their system a year and was assigned a Kiri team all while undercover. He stayed under the cover for an additional year and a half, during which the Mizukage promoted him to chuunin, before the operation was successfully dissolved. He returned briefly to Konoha, where his promotion was recognized officially with a ceremony, before beginning to get involved in many foreign espionage missions. He completed both solo and team missions successfully. He was promoted again to specialized jounin at age 14, specializing in infiltration and assignation, after a huge successful extended solo mission. He infiltrated a major anti-shinobi terrorist organization and secretly assassinated the mastermind behind their operations while moving up in their ranks to become the new head. He used his new pawns against Iwa during a bloody series of skirmishes, before destroying the entire organization. He continued his infiltration missions outside of Konoha until he was called back by the hokage and offered a position in ANBU. He declined, though he did join forces with them by suppling information obtained by his numerous foreign contacts. He was promoted to full jounin on his 19th birthday. Soon after, the hokage convinced him to take on a new genin team, a decision he has come to regret.

Personality: Having lived as son many different characters in his life, he finds himself struggling to understand which aspects of his personality are fake and which are real. He is attempting to piece together an authoritative identity as a sensei, but his new responsibility for other people makes him nervous and unsure. He is untrusting and distant but can pick up a flawless facade in a heartbeat. Awkward around his students, a bit cocky around his peers, and respectful around his superiors.

Other: He has a bit of a rivalry with Ibiki, stemming from competition about information supply. Basically, Ibiki and his interrogations vs. Kyoushu and his contacts. Has a speech tic around students; says "Alright", "Okay" alot.
