I’m a teenager born on the 14th day of the Opal Moon in the Year of the Dragon and hailing from the Pearl of the Orient. (I’ll give a cookie to anyone who could guess what I just wrote.) Some say I’m weird but I’d rather describe myself as reclusive or withdrawn and maybe a little eccentricity on the side. I’m a quiet and reserved one by nature, though I do socialize. I just like keeping to myself most of the time. I like watching cartoons and anime more than anything. It had been my first real interest, even until now, though it had toned down since Life would take most of my time, demanding this and that… she’s a pain, really. I’m a professed, confessed bibliophile too. I love books, is all! It’s probably an acquired interest, maybe genetic even, from my father. I started with picture books, reading fairytale stories, and then moved to reading encyclopedias just for fun. And now I have a budding little collection in my room. I’ve just started and currently it’s taking up my dresser, half-blocking my mirror. My little library includes stacks of comics, a few manwa and manga, anime magazines and paperback books that still keeps growing.
