Author has written 22 stories for Secret Circle series, Card Captor Sakura, Harry Potter, and Gundam Wing/AC. Bex Drake was born in September 1986 in England and is half way through her second year at University College Falmouth taking BA(Hons) English with Creative Writing. She has been writing fanfiction since 2000, although she has deleted much of her earlier work as she is too embarassed by it to keep it up. Her original fandom was L.J. Smith, although she only has one story up based in that fandom currently she plans to go back to it at some point in the future. At the moment she is mainly emerged in writing and reading within the Harry Potter fandom but she also takes quick peeks into the Gundam Wing fandom and occassionally the Card Captor Sakura fandom. Within the Harry Potter fandom Bex Drake follows a variety of pairings, although she only writes a few. Her goal within the fanfiction she writes is to create a world where there is no black and white, instead there are only multitudes of grey; she wants to make the world of Harry Potter a much more complicated and complex place, so that the characters within it can be more dynamic. Her favourite character to write about is Hermione Granger, although her love for the Harry Potter/Tom Riddle jnr. pairing has made writing both Harry and Voldemort a close second. At the moment she is currently fighting off writers block and an onslaught of possible ideas that she knows will never make it to paper- though she has hopes about a few. Currently she is desperately looking for a beta reader, but has yet to find one. So whilst she has written a piece or two they will not be going up in the foreseeable future, as she wants a second opinion on her work. She is also attempting to put together a Harry/Draco story and a Harry/Lucius story but doubts whether they will ever make it beyond her head. I'm bowing out gracefully.I'm not the person I was back in June 2001 when I created this account and started writing. I've grown up, altered and changed into something the fourteen year old me would never have recognised. Therefore it's past time that I acknowledged this and moved onto pastures new.
