TOTAL DRAMA AGAIN

I took two very extended leaves of absence due to personal issues, but I've never thought about abandoning the story. I know it's a pain in the ass when authors take ages to finish their stories, but it's even worse when they just flat out abandon them, so bear with me here. It might take a while, but I'll get it done. Don't worry about that.

The very next update should be around Christmas. After that, I'm guessing it should take me around 10 days to write the next chapter, give or take. I'll keep you posted.

SHOUT-OUTS

- Life After Lies: (Noah/Heather, future!fic) This is easily one of the best-written stories in the fandom, and one that deserves praise if not for the effectiveness of the writing, but for the excellent portrayal of Heather and her development from the spoiled, ambitious witch we know to a cold and bitter woman who slowly grows more human as she interacts with a figure from her past (Noah) in the darkest of circumstances.

- Total Drama Island: Another Version: (lots of pairings both canon and fanon, alternateTDI!fic) Another underrated fic. This one is a fan's dream come true -- a version of TDI that features their favorite couples from day one, and which manages to provide some much needed-depth to all the characters, while delivering some unexpected twists that somehow make even more sense than the original plot of the show. Every fan of TDI should give this one a try.

- Total Drama Chris: (lots of pairings both canon and fanon, newseason!fic) There are a lot of stories about what it would be like if the original 22 campers returned to Wawanakwa after everything that went down in the first season, but this one's my favorite. It's hilarious and loaded with geeky references, and it gives every character a chance to redeem themselves and remove the labels everyone's attached to them. If that's not enough to convince you to read it, I have three words for you: fanfiction writing challenge.
