Author has written 33 stories for Yu-Gi-Oh, Pirates of the Caribbean, Final Fantasy X, Jak and Daxter, and Transformers/Beast Wars. Homepage is my online diary. It's on Diaryland. I have an LJ, but I only have it so I can post in communities and the like, so you won't find much about me there. General disclaimer for all fics: I don't own the works that I'm basing my fics on, I'm not getting any money, I don't have permission. I just really love my fandoms. I just own the word order. 3-23-08 (Angry Whining) You've got to be kidding me. Thanks a ton, ff.net. Not only have you basically disabled me from doing anything at all punctuation-wise in the summaries of my stories, but now you've erased the dividers in every single fic I've ever uploaded! Because that's really cool! Because now I have to go edit the crap out of all my previous works so that if people try to read them, they don't get confused by the random time-jumps and crap, since they never used to be random. And also, I can't seem to italicize and underline things at the same time anymore. Special. Seriously, why is it so bothersome to you people for us to format our stuff however we want? Bunch of control freaks. 1-22-08 (Status Update) Posted the fic that I wrote for Snarechan/LoverofSilverhairedBishies for Christmas. It's Transformers! HOLY CARP! First thing I've written for that fandom, so hopefully I'm not going to get mauled for OOCness. But yes, she requested Sam and Optimus talking, so that's what they do. Hopefully people find it entertaining and don't drown in the sap. ;P And a couple hours later... I put up another TF fic. This one I wrote over the course of the last two days. It's called "No Such Thing As Dignity" and it follows up on the Mojo-pees-on-Ironhide incident. More just-for-fun stuff; anything to get back to writing again. I've missed it so. New fandom, you make me happy. 1-14-08 (Status Update) It's been almost a full year since my last post. FAIL. I wrote my latest fic in about 20 minutes, give or take, all in one shot. I was playing "Daxter" for the PSP and although I'm nowhere near the end, the scene in question demanded a companion in Jak's POV. Thus, "Not a Word" was born. Hope people like it! I'm trying to get back into writing. I really really am. x . x As an aside, I'm getting increasingly angry at FF.net for slowly removing every punctuation mark on my keyboard from their site. I can't put PARENTHESIS or HYPHENS in my summaries anymore. Seriously, people, wtf? Also, QUIT RUNNING MY WORDS TOGETHER! I use the spacebar properly, okay! Jeebus... Till next time...! I used to just write Yu-Gi-Oh! fics, but now that the series is over, while I still enjoy writing about it, I'm trying to branch off into other fandoms, too. Other random stuff about me: Current Fandoms (that I may or may not have written anything for, and in no particular order): As of Fall 2005, I am a student at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. My concentration is Japanese Language & Literature. I'm finally doing something I've always wanted to do... yay! As of Fall 2007, I am a temporary student at Kansai Gaikokugo Daigaku (Kansai Gaidai) in Osaka, Japan. I'm doing a year abroad! Why "Cassandra Cassidy" as the penname? Cassandra Cassidy is a product of my over-active imagination. That is to say she's my not-very-original character. I used to have Cassie's bio up here, but since I don't ever intend to write anything with her... Yeah. Gone. Basically her only purpose is to have a name I like and to sit in my head and be pretty or something. I have another one now named Laroc Tnarama (lah-rohk nah-rah-mah) who's entirely based off of Cassandra and just looks a little different. She's never getting written, either, and for anyone curious as to the weird that is her name, it's "Amarant Coral" spelled backwards. Because I like FF9 just that much. :snort: They are clearly Mary-Sue-type characters, and the only place you'll see either of these girls is on Ragnarok Online, since I used the names for my avatars.
