Updates

[ 24.JAN.12] Incoherent ramblings. *deep sigh*

Sadly, I didn't get the long vacation I wanted. Some "un-writable" bad thing happened, I survived but got sick during the holidays, and when I was better I got too busy doing art commissions.

But yes, I know none of those reasons is worth your forgiveness. If you're by now thinking I'm a bad writer who can't keep promises to update, I understand. I missed the New Year update I was aiming for, missed even the Chinese New Year and my birthday (w/c I spent trying to write but couldn't concentrate due to that "un-writable" bad thing that happened...).

I would like to say I'll do my best not to miss Valentines... but even though one of the two pending chapters is almost done, I am afraid to promise and let you down again x.x

Please bear with me. I will try to focus on the better things life has given me so that saner version of me can give her 100% on writing again.

[ 01.DEC.11 ] - A letter from me to everyone of you ^_^

Hello, hello ! Thanks for dropping by my profile page. Just an update to let you know that I am alive and well, but unfortunately I am not yet ready to update my fics.

Once again my apologies. My computer at home gave up on me last August so for a couple of months now I have limited resource and even time to work on my fics. But don't worry 'cause my muse hasn't stopped willing me to update and I have a lot I want to write and share with you before the year ends.

With Just the two of us I'm really excited to type up what I have for the next chapter because one of my favorite "mini" characters will be returning. Well I am not going to spoil it for you I just want you guys to know that my absence doesn't mean I'm not returning :)

December means vacation leave so yes, I will be updating within this month, hopefully with at least 2 chapters of JTTOU to keep up with my own timeline.

Thank you very much for all the messages, alerts, faves, reviews, visits and quiet reading that have been made in my absence. I really appreciate every one of them though I haven't been able to thank everyone individually.

Old updates

I apologize for not updating as frequently as I used to, but no matter how I want to update my fics right away, things in real life could get really, really busy. One thing I can promise is that none of my fics will be discontinued. I'm a reader too, and I know how it is when writers discontinue the fics I'm following. I hope you enjoy reading the fics that I upload here. I honestly have a lot written in my notebook that I don't have the time to type. The ones I have here are the ones I want to share the most :)

I decided to keep a list here for each of my on-going fics (which would also work as a reminder for me):

Incomplete series:
Just The Two Of Us - Chapter 16 is now uploaded :)

Off The Sidelines - I'm at a loss in this one, for real. I know where I want to go and how I will write it, the problem is that I recently found about three fics that have a slightly similar plot (at least in one of the major villains) to what I was planning. Sadly, I will need to go back to the start of this fic's timeline and revise it from there. It's a major revision for the existing drafts, though the three chapters posted won't be changed because they still fit. It'll be a bit long before I update this again.

Drabble / short fic collection:
The KB Collection - A collection of Kurama/Botan drabbles/short fics :D I'll upload the unposted stories sometime when I'm not too distracted from some other stuff. Hee
Points of View - This one's a fic collection and I have about 4-5 drabbles finished (yep, finished and formatted, would have been ready for upload...) way back Feb or March last year. I'll try to see if I can improve them before I update again...
Lost Souls - I'm really sad about this one, because I lost some of my important drafts and notes for the next chapters. I'll try to find them so I can continue, or try to patch up the missing pieces, since I really like this collection and I'm excited to finish up and publish my ideas. ^^
