Author has written 11 stories for Harry Potter. Hi! Glad you stopped by. I'm Daisy Pennifold. I'm the inventor of the Slow-Falling Quaffle (mentioned in Quidditch Through the Ages), and I also write a bit in my spare time. The mystique surrounding Harry Potter, his merry band of miscreants, and their ancestors completely captivates me, and I make up many, many wretched situations for them to get into. A muggle named J.K. Rowling seems to have a monopoly on Harry, so I spin most of my tales around the other characters, in particular his parents. Keep your fingers crossed! By the way - I've gotten a lot of reviews and things lately. I was really surprised, and really glad that HP fanfiction isn't dead! Tidbits about my fics: Harry of Potterhoe; it is a parody of the classic adventure tale Ivanhoe, with wizard warriors instead of knights, yummy evil Draco, and Sirius as Robin Hood! It's bound to be ridiculous and silly, but it makes me laugh and is little brain work on my part, so try it out. Better yet, go read Ivanhoe, which is actually good. Blind Faith, which is a Draco/Hermione, will be on hold indefinitely b/c that muse up and died on me as soon as I posted the first chapter. If I manage to revive her, we'll get another chapter. But she looks pretty far gone to me. I've discontinued two of my stories, and they are labelled as such, because they don't conform to canon as dictated in HBP. I refuse to write non-canon stories (Except of course, for Harry of Potterhoe, which is completely AU - something new for me.). The facts are the facts, even if they're fiction, if you get me. I'm part of a group of six authors, called the Round Robin Ducklings, and we are working on a fun Lily/James story! We're up to the 9th Chapter, and I'm writing the next one!
