Author has written 40 stories for X-Men, and X-Men: The Movie. LATEST UPDATE AS TO WHY THERE ARE NO UPDATES: To the anonymous reviewer of my story An Ever Fixed Mark I'm truly sorry for the delay and I am hoping to finish the next chapter this Fourth of July weekend as it's partially written. There's been little inspiration however as I've been physically and emotionally drained since I broke my foot and got a blood clot which remains though the foot is healing. The clot is painful, the calf swells on bad days and the swelling in the foot remains though it's less than when I broke it a few weeks ago. They're still trying to find the right dosage to dissolve the clot so I see the doctor weekly. Some days just aren't that great so writing hasn't been a priority for me. And for anyone who is waiting for African Skies and Canadian Whiskey it probably won't be updated for some time to come, just no inspiration at all unfortunately. 7/3/09 I've written other stories that aren't based on the X-Men under the pen name dreamingnwatercolors - one Hidalgo story, two Lord of the Rings stories and one Firefly Mal & Zoe friendship and a little more. You can also find my RoLo stories at The RoLo Realm where I usually put updates first and some of the steamier stuff though I don't do much of that. If you're a RoLo fan that's the place to be. I'd like to explain why I haven't updated African Skies and Canadian Whiskey in ages, it was partially because two laptops got viruses and I never took my desktop in to get fixed - laziness and writer's block. But an author I really admire had a story plot that I was using and I don't like to do the same thing someone else already is. That meant I had to come up with a different plot that still goes with everything else I wrote. I just couldn't think of anything. But now that I'm determined to finish all my stories this will be one of the first I tackle I believe. In fact, as of 1/14/08 I started reading through it again, making corrections as I go, and once I've read all the chapters I think I'll be able to get back into the groove and finish it. It occurred to me that I have several stories that make up a RoLo series based on the Early Years when the second batch of X-Men got together so I thought I’d give the chronological order in which they’re meant to be read however, only the Soul Mates one shots need to be read in a particular order.
