About Me
Real Name: Adam
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Eyes: Dark brown
Hair: Black, curly
Good Looking: I personally don't think so, but I've seen a lot worse. My mom claims people tell her I'm handsome when they see my picture, but it's my mom telling me this so my faith in such claims is limited.
Dream: To work at Blizzard Entertainment and be a video game designer
Fan of: Final Fantasy, Anime, StarCraft, and many movies. I'm a movie fan, very much so.
Friends: Inugrrrl, fallenangel7583, Fenikkusuken, Zelix, and plenty of others I talk to often.
Fans: Happily, many. I'm proud to say I have a lot of frequent reviewers reading my stories.
Claim to Fame - Displacement, Broken Dreams, How to Write a Sess/Kag Fic, dozens of OCs
Claim to pain - For every story I've completed, there's one I've taken down, and I am not kidding.
Fav Characters
Kagome: She travels through time, fights demons/youkai, and gets to hang out with Inuyasha. Who can't like her?
Inuyasha: Big sword, big attitude, big mouth, and cute girlfriend(s). He's so cool!
Tea Gardner: She gets so much hate, but she's cool!
Seto Kaiba: Anti-heroes are always fun. Kaiba's got everything, money, power, looks, fame, and a kick-ass main monster.
Aster Phoenix: Aster is Kaiba's heir in GX, really, he has everything Kaiba had. The only difference is that Kaiba actually had a rival worthy of his talents, while Aster got stuck with Jaden. Bleh.
Aeris Gainborough: She honestly reminds me of Kagome - cute and sweet but with a definate hidden fire to her. I'm a definite Aeris fan-boy.
Hated Characters
Jaken: Do I really need to explain why? He's Jaken! And BTW, he's a homosexual, he said "he's beautiful" when he first met Sesshomaru. Jaken is creepy, annoying, and he's got the hots for Sesshomaru.
Jakotsu: I have no problem with gay people, but when you're as gay as Jakotsu, you need psychological counciling bad! I'm still not entirely sure he's actually a guy...
Mokuba Kaiba: All he ever does is get kidnapped to get/keep Kaiba involved in the series and then cheer for his brother mindlessly.
Jaden Yuki: Jaden is an immature happy-go-lucky annoying loser who doesn't even deserve to be a sidekick, much less the main character. He represents everything GX shouldn't be and everything the original Yu-Gi-Oh! and Yami weren't. I place the blame for the death of Yu-Gi-Oh! as a franchise and the failure of GX squarely and solely on his shoulders, even though he likely won't care.
Yuffie Kisaragi: That thieving whore stole my Materia, that in itself is enough to make me hate her. Throw in a freakish appearance, a whiny personality and the fact people pair up the kick-ass Vincent with her, and you have a recipee for a character I cannot stand.
Fav Pairings
Inuyasha/Kagome. I am not a Kikyo hater. Write her being a bitch or write about her being benevolent, I accept either because she's been both at various times. I actually feel sorry for her. She was robbed of her life, and I understand why she is trying to recapture that. But what happened happened, dwelling on the past only causes more pain because even if Kagome died and Kikyo was revived and married Inuyasha, it wouldn't change the fact that Naraku had turned them against each other, etc. Now, their relationship, see it however you like. It happened and it can't be changed. Now, Kagome is back, but she isn't a replacement for Kikyo, she's never tried to be. And then Kikyo gets revived. Even when she is informed of Naraku's hand in her death she doesn't forgive Inuyasha. Obviously she's moved on, and if his interactions with Kagome are any indication, so has Inuyasha. Inuyasha obviously does care for her, and yeah, Kagome ain't perfect, but she's there for him when he needs her and tries to heal him as best she can. It may not be in the timeline of the manga, but they will get together someday, you can be sure of that.
Kouga/Kagome. I don't make it a point to read them, but if I find one that catches my eye, yeah, I'll go for it. Kouga's a sweetheart and he really does care for her. I'm Inu/Kag all the way, but I enjoy a good K/Kfic too. Let's be honest, Inuyasha isn't Mr. Emotional, so if he never comes to tell Kagome how he feels then I certainly can see her running to Kouga's arms.
Alexis/Aster: Alexis was the best...okay, the only female lead on the show, and while the stupid dubbers were busy adding in flirtations with Jaden the original series never had, Alexis herself can do much better. Aster (or Zane) would both do nicely.
Aeris/Cloud: No offense to Tifa, she's awesome too, but she and Cloud never really clicked as a couple from what I saw, their love seemed one-sided. Aeris and Cloud, however, had real chemistry, and Cloud seems to reciprocate her affections more than he does Tifa's. And to be honest, no offense to Tifa as I said, but I just like Aeris better.
Aeris/Sephiroth: There's no denying that Sephiroth and Aeris have some excellent character dynamic begging to be explored, even if not a romantic kind. He think he's the last Cetra, she really is, he's a killing-machine, she's a healer...and what if they were involved romantically? Would Aeris show Sephiroth the light, or would he bring out Aeris' dark side? Or a little of both?
Aeris/Tifa: Tifa and Aeris are both kick ass and...well okay fine, I'm a guy and to be honest, I find this pairing hot, sue me. But they've also got a nice dynamic and it's a cool twist. And I've read some kick ass stories pairing them up.
Awesome Authors
I'm a friend of the so-called "Notorius" InuGrrrl, and I'm damn proud of it, she's one of the best authors in the fandom. After her, fallenangel7583's stories are so dark, my "Broken Dreams" lights up a room, she's awesome. I'm also a fan of Urd-Chan, Rozefire, Fenikkusuken, Sabichan, and Wheezambu. I love AUs and angst, as you can tell. Canon is fine, but I like AUs the most
My Stories
I love writing one-shots and also have many lemons posted on MM.org (my homepage link leads there). My Inuyasha stories focus on Kagome and Inuyasha, and I enjoy using a sort of "Mission Improbable" with them, that is, doing things with them you'll likely never see in the canon. I also tend to sort of push Sango and Miroku into the background, they just don't interest me as much as Inuyasha and Kagome. I try to do original plots, most of the everyplots I do fall flat and I just struggle to write them in comparison to my original ideas. Originality is the true mother of creation, and I try to bring a touch of my own talent to everything I write - in that vein, several of my stories seem to be everyplots, but spur into the new and unusual.
I'm also a pro-Tea fan for Yugioh and enjoy creating, mixing and matching OCs. My Yugioh fics focus heavily on the Millennium Items, the Egyptian God and Legendary Demon cards, and feature some pretty intense and heavy dueling, because hey, that's what the show is all about, right? And yes, I refer to the Sacred Beasts by their Japanese name. They are not sacred, 4Kids, they are Demons and they are evil! Deal with it! I may not write anymore but I look back on this series with fond nostalgia.
I've only dabbled with GX fics and did not like it, so the only one I ever posted is on permanent hiatus. I hate Jaden, and have no interesting in him at all. If you want lousy Jaden centric plots that ride entirely on his (horrible) character, watch the anime. Me, I remember that there's a cast list beyond Jaden and the villain of the season, and I wrote with that in mind. But I've moved on from Yugioh and aren't into it one way or the other now,
I've also gotten in Final Fantasy VII. I really like the game, and the mysteries of it and the characters just draw you in. I'm also a sucker for love triangles and unrequited love, so the...5-way Love pentagon of Sepiroth, Aeris, Zack, Tifa and Cloud really amuses me, as long as Cloud and Aeris end up together. I've also read a couple Kingdom Hearts stories, but am only interesting in the Final Fantasy cast for them. And maybe Riku, because he's got such a dark and brooding backstory he'd fit into a Final Fantasy roster perfectly.
BTW, if you came here looking for a story that's not up anymore, sorry. I'll admit that for every story up here, there's one I never finished and eventually took down. But hey, I gotta let the plot bunnies out to play sometimes. It can get crowded in my head sometimes, what with all the bunnies and OCs running around. They need their air.
There are dozens of ideas I've written "promo" chapters for that never got posted. One involved Inuyasha as a genetic experiment in the near-future, another involved Kagura coming back to life, another had Inuyasha and Kagome in an adaptation of the film "The Island". So yeah, I play around with all sorts of ideas until I find one I really like and can really turn into a great story. And sometimes those ideas go further than others and make it up, and then I rethink and take them down. Sorry, but that's just how I am.

The Sess/Kag Pairing
I hate it. I hate it with a passion. Look in my stories, I've written a parody of them! I've accepted that for some reason, many authors think this pairing plausible. But I just cannot see it! I mean...come on! When do either of them ever express the slightest interest in each other? There's lots more evidence to support Sess/Rin and Sess/Kagura pairings than there is to support Sess/Kagome, and the latter two are much more believable.
Sess/Kag does not make sense, ok? It's not opinion, it's fact. Why is it fact? Because its a fact Sesshomaru and Kagome have never shown any romantic interest in each other, it's a fact he's tried to kill her on a more than one occasion, its a fact Kagome loves Inuyasha (she says so herself, thank you), and its pretty obvious he loves her back. Sess/Kag ain't gonna happen, accept it. Yes, we have fanfiction, but unless its an AU, you're gonna have to pull a pretty big stretch of the canon to get those two together. I've heard there's stories that keep them in character and still get them together. I don't care. A warm fire I have to wade through a musky swamp of crap to get to isn't worth my time. Take it from me, most Sess/Kag stories are just badly written, plain and simple. And I've read my share, I'm not without justification in my hatred. If I've left you a bad review for a Sess/Kag story, well, sorry but your fault. I don't hate every Sess/Kag story I've read, but if I read a story that has little to no value, guess what? I'm gonna say so. I call it like it is, and if I think your story sucks, then I'll tell you. If you can't handle a bad review, then don't post the fic.
I loathe this pairing with a fury unseen since the times of religious persecution. Sess/Kag stories by mere definition defy all canon logic, and more often than not screw with other established canon facts, make characters act OOC, introduce numerous shallow 2D OCs with no backstory, and lift Sesshomaru onto a high pedestal while kicking Inuyasha down to the role of abusive jerk in the same motion. Somehow I doubt that the two of them fantasize about each other, or have always found each other attractive, but Sess/Kag fics do it. If you wanna pull that crap, write an AU, keep the canon canon, ok? And if you think that I'm the only one that thinks this, think again, look at my parody; 250 reviewers, 4000 hits and 80 favs can't all be wrong.
Yaoi/Yuri
I am quite open-minded. I'm straight, but I have had gay friends and accept homosexuality. I have no problems with same-sex relations or marriage. Now, in Yugioh and Inuyasha, I do not see any certain instances of yaoi or yuri. Bakura and Marik and Yugi and Yami are the closest ones, and if the yamis had their own bodies maybe I could see a YY pairing. But in the end, I accept homosexuality and yaoi, but don't read it, it's just not my thing. In the meantime, yaoi writers, when you do your story summaries, do me a favor please: don't put "anal/oral" in the summary, ok? If it's yaoi, I think we can draw those conclusions for ourselves. It's just a pet peeve of mine to be browsing and see "YxYY, anal, oral" in a summary, because if there's a M/M lemon, I think that anal and oral are pretty much implied, alright?
