I am a literature major, so the idea of writing a story based off of someone else's characters and universe was a hard one to get used to. I thought it was stealing. But, after reading a lot of really good fics, I discovered an appreciation for the genre that suprised me. About the same time, I discovered two of my favorite anime shows, Mushi-shi and FullMetal Alchemist. To be honest, I guess I fell a little bit in love with Ginko, so I felt a need to write him into a story. Thus, my first fic was born. Later, as I stopped seeing Mustang as just a sarcastic, power-hungry womanizer, and realized how deep his character truly was, I decided that I wanted to explore his past, find out what made him tick. So, before I knew it, Mushi-Hime was a crossover!
