Author has written 21 stories for Pirates of the Caribbean, Titanic, His Dark Materials, Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, Phantom of the Opera, Lord of the Rings, Lost, Wicked, and RENT. They say life is a stage. They're wrong. The stage is my life. My name is Tanya but I go by Misty/Tan/Tanni most of the time. I'm 18, half-Aussie, living near London. My first love is theatre, and all things to do with drama: Shakespeare, musicals, films...you name it. My heroes are Kerry Ellis, Ruthie Henshall and Idina Menzel; they have inspired me absolutely more than anyone and I cannot express just how much I respect and admire them, along with many other incredibly talented performers I look up to. I fangirl Wicked far too much and I don't know why it's got to me the way it has, but it has changed my life with the people it's brought into it and the friends I've made. I adore Jason Robert Brown and Scott Alan and all those quirky little shows no-one except us theatre geeks know about. In terms of non-theatre things, I love Buffy, Grey's, Desperate Housewives, Lost, Friends... I love to read, but it takes me ages to find good books to get into... His Dark Materials and Lord of the Rings are my faves, also love Virginia Andrews and J. D. Robb, Jodi Picoult's books are pretty good too... I have the mental age of a five year old half the time (Disney FTW!!) and never want to grow up. Peter Pan is one of the best books ever written, I adore it. Favourite Authors: Philip Pullman, J. R. Favourite TV: Lost, Friends, The L Word, Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Hosuewives, The OC, Buffy, Invasion, The Simpsons, Doctor Who Favourite Shows (that I've seen): Les Mis, Wicked, The Last 5 Years, RENT, tick, tick... BOOM!, title of show, Marguerite, West Side Story, We Will Rock You... I think most things I see are amazing but these were the ones that stuck out the most. Favourite Music: Showtunes. Haha that's kinda it...I don't listen to much else... That includes albums of performers too...
