Hello there! As you might have figured from my pen name (of sorts), my name is Chrys. I'm a girl who is into almost anything Japanese. Reading is my passion, and I love to write stories as well (otherwise... that wouldn't really justify why I'm here with this account and several stories under my belt, would it?). I'm a rather active blogger who blogs about almost everything under the sun, and can barely live without the internet and her Winamp.

For the record, I only write fanfictions based on Ragnarok Online because that's basically the only game that I'm really, really familiar with. Although I'd like to write fanfictions based on anime, I don't have the courage to do so because I don't really remember storylines of the series I've watched (which is really sad), and being an avid fan of anime myself, I know I'll draw a lot of wrath upon me if I described any character out of, well, their character. (Would love to avoid myself from being pelted by rotten tomatoes, thank you very much) To cut a long story short - I'd only write RO fanfics because I can base the story on the RO world, but at the same time, I cancreate original characters (with perhaps, quirky attributes and behaviour) as well.

What genre do I usually write? Well, that's a tough question, because I draw my inspiration from topics that interest me, or those that I can relate to. Even though I may look like a Romance writer (~points to the stories I've authored thus far~ most of them are romance-based..), I usually subconsciously drift towards the topic. But anyway, I hope you'll like my stories!

2) Rainy Morning (Original fiction) - Haven't started on it yet. Still trying to imagine the scenes. :)

3) Dream Conquest (A Ragnarok fan novel) - In progress. Currently at Chapter 4 - Skeletal Massacre?! (Part 1); last updated on 18th July 2009.

- A story about girl who journeys through the world of Ragnarok, experiencing the life as a warrior of the Rune-Midgard Kingdom. She chases her dreams to be the best, but a dream - no, a nightmare, chases her instead.

4) Masquerade (Original fiction) - In progress. Joint project with PolarTwilight. Currently at Chapter 1; last updated on 15th July 2009.

- Humans are all characters in a masquerade ball. When someone desires to find out who they really are under the masks they live on, they will die to protect it. It becomes who they are. What they need. What sustains, drives and feeds them. They're afraid people might find out who they are before they find it out themselves.
