I just don't want to get near one), loud music, adolescents (most of them. I know I am one, but nearly all of the ones I come into contact with are complete and utter gits who deserve to get their arses kicked), 'posers' (meaning I dislike people who act a certain way for attention), shoving beliefs down people's throats (I know Ken will back me up on this one), etcetera.

So, to summarise me, I’m a fourteen-year-old otaku. I’m English, but I’m learning Japanese, Spanish, French and pretty soon Chinese and Vietnamese, and possibly Italian. So, yes, I like languages. I enjoy the subject’s literature, art, business & enterprise. I’m four foot eight—yeah, don’t rub it in, okay?—and it’s up to you to decide what gender I am. Knock yourselves out. Many people can’t guess my gender in real life. I dislike people who abuse grammar and punctuation, discriminators/prejudiced people and obsessing fangirl/boys. There isn’t really much I dislike really, despite people’s beliefs.

I loath school, but that’s mostly because of my teachers. My best friend is a Vietnamese, boy-obsessed shortie (shorter than me! Woot!)! She’s awesome. She’s my ‘sister,’ and my other friend, Bronwyn, is my ‘brother.’ They call me Kai, ‘cause that’s the name of the main character in my own manga which I hope to publish someday. It’s a fighting one. —Waves fighting-anime flag—

The first anime I watched was DragonBall Z, and that’s what inspired me. I’ve been watching it since I was a baby, thanks to one of my older cousins, Adam. I finished the series ages ago, but I watch it over and over. All the battles are epic! I don’t think GT was as good as Z though. The original one was good, but Z was the best. Goku and Gohan rock! Such kick-ass moves… so awesome!

I’ve watched one shoujo anime, which I’m sure you’ve all heard of: Sailor Moon. I actually used to like it, but not anymore. No offence to people who like it! I just don’t go for shoujo stuff. I go for shounen fighting anime’s/manga’s. I really don’t like any “feminine,” stuff. No offence, people, seriously. I just mostly like fighting manga. It’s kick-ass.

When Naruto first aired, I really despised it just because no one would shut up about it. Because of that, I decided to give it a chance and I watched it. I instantly became addicted. It’s one of my favourite anime’s/manga’s ever now! Uzumaki Naruto rocks! I don’t like Sasuke though. He annoys me. No offence meant to fans of him, just at him. I can’t stand him. Naruto seriously needs to kick Sasuke-yarou’s ass and drag him back to Konoha!

It was thanks to Naruto that I properly got into Japan and Japanese stuff. I became overly-obsessed with anime (kufufu™). After watching Kami-sama knows how many anime’s, I researched Japan and am now fixated on the place! All of its customs, holidays, its language, fighting and just almost everything about it… it intrigues me!

I also love karate. Karate originated in Okinawa which wasn’t officially named part of Japan until 1982. It’s actually a combination of Tai and Kung Fu. Karate artists adopted the “rank” colours from Judo in the 1920s. Cool, huh? —Grins— It’s also the most popular martial art in the world!

Sorry for rambling. Anyway, I hope you enjoy my stories! I update as often as possible. I have a lot of schoolwork, coursework and homework this year along with work experience and other stuff, plus I have to look for Japanese lessons and karate lessons outside of school now so I’m really busy. My apologies!

I also have my own manga that I'm working on. I have all the characters and the plot down, but I've gotta work on my drawing skills before I attempt to publish it. Not to mention I doubt anyone would wanna publish a fourteen-year-old's manga anyway. It's an action/fantasy manga. I can't give away much more than that! There's my original version (set in what is possibly and alternate universe), and a modern version. The original version has no pairings but the modern version is shounen-ai.
