Author has written 35 stories for Quantum Leap, Inuyasha, Yu-Gi-Oh, Harry Potter, Saiyuki, Generator Gawl, Pet Shop of Horrors, Death Note, Kiba, .hack/SIGN, Fullmetal Alchemist, xxxHOLiC, DC Superheroes, Batman Begins/Dark Knight, Transformers/Beast Wars, Watchmen, and Sorcerer Hunters. Introduction: Hello! Grey Liliy here! Once upon a time, I joined fanfiction.net to post a fanfic I promised a friend. As it turned out, writing fanfiction was a lot of fun and I've continued expanding into whatever fandom has captured my attention. Fanfiction helped me develop a style of writing, in the same way that fanart helped to develop my drawing skills. :) Continuing on that track, as developing my artistic talents lead to drawing an original comic-strip, writing regularly has lead me to work on original novels and projects. But, every once in a while, I'll head back here and update a fic or two--because as I said, fanfiction is fun & a great way to show some love to my favorite series. On that note: Fic Status: Writer's Block/Fandom Switching. If you're a regular, or reading my fics, you've noticed updates have gone slim. This is partially writer's block, partially lost interest in the fandom the fic is set in, and mostly due to a lack of time. Original works (comics, original writing, etc.) take priority--no way to get around that. It's possible that fanfic you're waiting on could be updated eventually (hey, Death Eraser got an update after two years...anything's possible!), but no promises or guarantees. Instead of checking, i'd just set me to your update alerts. On that note, I do not adopt out fics or let other people finish mine--it's a pet peeve that I can't seem to get over. Either way, I hope you enjoy reading what I've got, finished or not. :3 On My Fic's Grammar/Writing: I neither edit nor beta my fics--most get posted the second I'm done writing them. Please don't feel the need to point out typos/improper grammar in reviews. Fanfiction is just a bit of fun for me, so chances are high I already know what you've pointed out--it's just not a priority for me to fix it. Fanfiction is just a way to express my love for a fandom or pairing I like. I save the proof reading and editing for original works only. :D Thanks for the interest in helping, though! XD Reading: As far as reading fanfiction goes, I could care less about the content or series (though I do have my favs) - I'll read anything from family friendly to mature. If it has good writing, good character development, and a plot that keeps me wanting to read more, than I read it. That's all there is to it. Pairings I Dislike (Random, I know - but its' easier to list these than ones I like if you get what I mean...): Hakkai & Gojyo: Don't ask me why; I just really can't see this one. I think it's because I associate their relationship closer to brothers and/or roommates. Integra & Alucard: Again, one that you'd think would be obvious but I really don't like. I couldn't even tell you why - but the thought of them together just doesn't mix in my head. Preferred Alternatives: Alucard x Seras, Integra x Maxwell US & Canada/Alfred & Matthew: These two are one of the few sets of anime siblings who actually act like siblings. As such (and as someone with a sibling) this pairing disturbs me greatly. XD (Sibling/Family/Brother fics are absolutely a-okay though!) Conclusion: Thanks for reading!
