Hi, I’m hairsprayheart. I’ve been on fanfiction.net for about three years now. In “real life” I am a student, an athlete, and a Christian, and that’s pretty much all you probably care to know about me. My favorite fandom is the Chronicles of Narnia, and that’s the only one I really write for these days. I also have an account on Livejournal, on DeviantArt, and on NFFR (you’ve got to check it out!). As far as my stories go, the older ones are less than spectacular, but I hope that by reading them you will be encouraged to review and leave constructive criticism, smile or laugh a little, or become inspired to write something of your own. -In short, I'm a Christian! God comes first, meaning that fanfiction is NOT my life (and I may not update as frequently as you would like). Though I talk about swearing and premarital sex in my stories, I don't take part in them in real life. Though I don't read or write slash, I am still accepting of homosexuals. Though I love the symbolism in Chronicles of Narnia, I don't believe Aslan is really God - only a symbol of Him. I promise to be accepting of you and your beliefs.
-As far as fanfiction goes: write fiction. Meaning, come up with an original plot, don't use real people, and try to use proper spelling and grammar. Also, reviews are most helpful if they are constructive!
-I like the pairings I like. You don't have to like them. I generally don't like romance in Chronicles of Narnia because it consists of a character I like with a terrible OC. Though "Suspian" wasn't in the books, it works okay in the movie. And I think TumnusxLucy is sweet - not sinful (consider Professor Cornelius before you trash humanxNarnian relationships) - though, obviously, cross species relationships aren't okay in real life. But is Narnia real life? No.
-I will not read a "Suspian" fic UNLESS it is movie-verse, AU, and well-written. I'm not being a hypocrite, I promise - while I have written a few stories with that pairing myself, they must be when everyone is older than like 15, and they stay in Narnia (and NO Aslan didn't "change his mind", he wouldn't do that!). -In conclusion of this rather long and rambling rant... be accepting of others, their beliefs, and their weaknesses. I will try to do the same for you!
