Update 3/15/12 - So many of you have messaged and sent me reviews asking for a Green Dreams update, and I feel terrible that I can't deliver. At the moment I am swamped with work, not the least of which is my senior thesis, which is eating a big fat hole into all my time. I know we are almost on the five-month mark between updates, but I have always promised I will finish Green Dreams and this is still very much true. It will be done! Just not in March and April, May would be the earliest you could expect an update. I want to sincerely thank all of you who continue to support Green Dreams and review to tell me the government will be out to get me if I don't update, and it breaks your hearts. Green Dreams will see an update in the coming months, I promise!

I know a lot of people don't actually read these, but I kinda like to. Just pretend it's the blurb on the flap of the dust jacket of a book. Except... there's a picture of pancakes instead of the author.

Escapism is very much a part of me, which is why I read so much, along with writing my own stories here. I can imagine you understand this too, or otherwise you wouldn't be here.

I'm devoted to Green Dreams, but I write in fits and bursts, so updates are sporadic. I can promise you the story will be completed, which is still a long time in coming. As for Home with the Fairies, I tend to write-write-write-hit a wall. I will update that story as I write, and it won't be nearly as long as Green Dreams is.

A shout out to my reviewers: thank you all so much for your encouraging words and praise. It really keeps me going, and I truly appreciate you going out of your way to review--too many people don't. It's like tipping a waitress; you never know how much it means to someone until you're making minimum wage.
