Author has written 8 stories for Pokémon, Fushigi Yuugi, Tenchi Muyo, and Twilight. Bio (The Not-Very-Serious Edition) I generally fancy myself a master artist and a brilliant storyteller. On my more lucid days, I remember that I'm a grad student struggling to get my MFA in Creative Writing, a degree that brands me as the sort of nerd that other nerds shove into lockers. I will probably go on to one day teach high school students about gerunds, that is unless my website, No Commas, becomes so wildly popular that I can make a living off scribbled chibis and poop jokes. Stranger things have happened. As you can tell from my list of stories, I'm an animé fan, my favorites being Fushigi Yuugi, Shoujo Kakumei Utena, Saiunkoku Monogatari, Ouran High School Host Club, Baccano!, and Le Chevalier D'Eon. I like plenty more, too, but far too many to name (yes, I even liked Pokémon, once upon a time). Current Anime Watches: "Another," "Ano Natsu de Matteru," and "Chihayafuru," along with "DBZ Abridged" and "Yu-Gi-Oh! The Abridged Series" (those count, right?). Current Projects: "FY:NC" has been completed! As I bask in the glow of this accomplishment, I'm also taking a break from fanfiction to work on a series of original works, though there's no telling whether or not this break will be permanent. We'll see if the Ficcin' Bug bites me again. Outside of FF realm, I'm also working on a webcomic (which you can find at www.no-commas.com, a site I co-own), writing a slew of short stories, and trying to get my first novel published. Wish me luck! ...Oh, and I'm totally translating Suzaku Ibun as well. XD Check out my LiveJournal for updates: http://itsthedee.livejournal.com/. Hobbies: Writing (I guess that was kinda obvious), theatre, art, gaming, translating, and (oddly enough) politics. Especially writing and art, though. You can check out www.no-commas.com, a website I co-own, for my original comics and short stories. Oh, and when I'm not attached to my computer, writing fiction, drawing comic, or doing homework, I'm probably off somewhere with my group of friends... or screaming my head off at a KU football/basketball game. Either way, it's a fun life. I also enjoy long walks on the beach and chocolate smoothies. Okay, run along now and check out my ficcies, especially my FY ones - satisfaction is guaranteed! (Hm, I'm a modest one, aren't I?) Your Friendly Neighborhood Otaku, -- "Time flies like an arrow. Fruit flies like a banana." -- | |||||||
