I am a fan of the shows Avatar: The Last Airbender, Glee, The Mentalist, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and Supernatural. For books, I like Harry Potter, The Mysterious Benedict Society, Agatha Cristie novels where Hercule Poirot makes an appearance and various chick lit trash. For Japanese literature, I enjoy the novel Be With You and Haruki Murakami's work, particularly Norwegian Wood.

A:TLA Character I would

1. bake cupcakes for: Aang.
2. trust with the keys to my car: Iroh.
3. put thumbtacks on the chair thereof: Suki.
4. have a crush on: Zuko or Sokka- it's a tie!
5. pack up and leave if they moved next door: Suki, again.
6. vote for President: TOPH BAMF BEI FONG
7. pick as my partner in a buddy movie: Zuko, to snuggle up with, or Katara because she'd be such a girl.
8. pair up: Sokka and Toph. For life.
9. vote off the island and into the volcano: Ugh, Suki.
10. wheedle into fixing my MP3 player: Azula- she is bound to have some awesome music hidden up her sleeve.

Works in Progress:

Nothing Is Illuminated (A:TLA)- A Toph-centric fic that spans Toph's life after the war. A descriptive piece that zooms in on the finer details in a short span of time. Chapters are titled from songs that have given me inspiration for the content of that chapter and it's mood.

The Call (A:TLA)- AU. Takes place in another war and focuses on Katara embracing her powers to the fullest, all the while becoming a shadow of her former self. Also descriptive and detal-oriented in nature, with songs selected per chapter to set the mood and atmosphere.
