I like the HM fandom. It's a nice size and the fans are nice. I might start writing for something else in the future, but I'm happy where I am right now. My favorite character to write for is Gray, though I'm not sure why. But I really enjoy his POV. My second favorite character is Kai.

Hated Pairings: None. I don't hate any pairing at all. They can all be done if you put enough work into it. I do favor some more than others, but I don't believe in the hating of a blob of pixels.

I give you all my quote from the Graire vs Grary forumn:

For me, to make a...Graire fic that isn't too off the walls, I have to mold Claire's personality to mesh or clash with Gray's. I have two fics...and respectively I'm doing each. I personally see Gray as a self conscious guy. He yearns for approval from his grandpa, and probably is shy and unfamiliar with women due to his lack of a mother figure. He's gruff, but overall a very caring guy. A big fluffy teddy bear.

Meshing Claire: I feel like I have to make her classic female lead: somewhat insecure about herself, friendly, reinforcing and encouraging the growth of self esteem, foolishly brave, forgiving, and forever optimistic. This would lead to the relationship blossoming as a friendship, codependent...gah its hard to explain. Like in MFC, Claire is trying very hard to be independent, and yet she depends on Gray. She feels like...she can help him grow as a person, and whatnot. I try to make the opposite and compatiable.

Clashing Claire: This was actually a lot tougher to do, because I have to work with the personality Gray has. I leaned more towards his BTN personality (adding in the pros of his personality in the girl version)with the male character, so I went with gruff, rude, temperamental, rough around the edges but really marshmallow in the inside. Claire in turn has a temper as well, and is easily upset by Gray's attitude and his tendency to say rude things, despite not really meaning it. As its is in MEMF, the interaction is eventually seen as two individuals who have a lot more in common than they would like to admit. In this vision, I see the two coming closer and bonding as they have different strengths and weaknesses, and eventually the bond grows.

Generic Graire in this fandom is getting old I think. I don't care for fics that involve the words : love at first site, or she was so beautiful...ect...ect...I don't see Gray as the type to fall for physical attraction by itself. And let me stress that I personally think Mary is HOT! If I ever write a yuri fic, its going to be Claire Mary FTW! I however, see Gray as a person who doesn't seek out physical beauty, but metaphorical beauty. He's probably more attracted to someone who supports him and help him with his own problems than someone beautiful...of course he's pretty darn lucky, getting paired with the blond and the sexy little librarian(isnt Mary the prettiest bride? xD ) I'm just saying that he wants someone for emotional and intellectual attachments.

Moral of the story: Grary and Graire are both wonderful if written well. Don't hate a pairing just because its not involving your OC.

FYI- Kairy (ie. Kai/Mary) is the best crack pairing ever, and I'm so glad that I am the first person to post something about it on ff.net- to my knoweldge. I'm glad that a lot of fans seem to like it, and I hope that the fandom becomes overrun with Kairy goodness. Authors converted:

June 28, 2009: Working on Kai's one shot for MFC, At the Office ch 2, MEMF ch 31, and the Prologue of Fairy Tale Dreams. Busy busy

May 7,2009: Working on MEMF and MFC simultaneously, hoping to update one or both this weekend. We'll see. Loving the extra time off so far, even if my social life eats it up v.v Also sometimes last week I posted The Biological Clock for the Village Square writing festival contest.

April 14, 2009: Closed out my old poll and put up a new one. Am currently working on At the Office and attempting to finish the next chapter of MEMF. Damn Tim for holding this up! Don't be surprised if I post a one shot for him and Claire though- because trying to write fluff for them in MEMF is like murdering all that is good in me. I just don't like anything I come up with- so not ot waist it- I might collect it into a one shot. Scottish Gray bunnies have been haunting me day and night- so I'll most likely update At the Office again fairly soon. School has two weeks left then I should have more time to write. Wish me luck.

April 9, 2009: oh my GAWD! I wrote something uber embarrassing and posted it. Let me know what you think. Sorry for those MEMF readers- this has been taking up a lot of my time and I couldn't focus on MEMF. I'll try to update it soon. I'm just lacking...the Tim/Claireness that I know everyone loves so much -_-.

March 2, 2009: MEMF- New chapter 20 pages and counting. Depending on schedule and midterms studying time...possibly updating this coming weekend. I have several more tedious scenes to write, but I already know how I want the chapter to end- so sorry no split ups this time. Wish me luck. MFC- no progress at all. All writing time devoted to MEMF. Trying to get out of the bi monthly updating rut I've seemed to lock myself into.

February 16, 2009: MFC Updated again. About five updates left! Angst is ruling my life...so this might be updated again before MEMF. But I'm 10 pages in to the chapter. I'm just finding the Tim/Claire to be tedious and rushed- which leads to deletion of progress...so yeah. sorry ;

January 26,2009: MFC was updated. It was really short but I think it was to the point. Only seven chapters left!!

January 13, 2009: MEMF updated again. MFC is on Hiatus due to Writer's Block. I'm really trying, but seriously...I've only got two pages of satisfactory work with that one. The Holiday series will be updated sporadically.(sp) MEMF had passed its half way point. Woot for that. There will either be s little over a dozen more long chapters, or a few dozen shorter ones. Depends on how the writing goes and how many times Hannah threatens me. Simply Amazing is in progress. I had a chapter written, decided I didn't like it and scrapped it. Sorry about that.

December 10, 2008: Plans to work on all fics during the eight hours that I have to kill. MEMF will be updated on the 11th if it kills me, and MFC close behind.

Fun to know facts:

1. I'm not jaded enough to not beleive in HEA endings yet- so no worries.

2. If I write straight angst...it makes me cry.

3. I feel really bad when people tell me I made them cry- but I still appreciate the review.

4. I'm bad about reading and not reviewing. REAL bad.

5. I've recently been addicted to WoW.

6. Easily influenced by a crazy Aussie's shovel threats. ( luv ya Hannah!)

Sooo...I've been reading a lot of Harvest Moon fics lately and am working on my own stories

The Fics:

My Enemy, My Friend:Graire based, and I hope I don't have everyone so badly OOC. Gray and Claire hate each other at first, but slowly get better. Also the first fic that I know of to pair Kai/Mary, my personal favorite crack pairing ever. It was meant to be a romantic comedy, by events in my life post publishing have turned it into a drama as well, giving Claire an angsty past. It seems to be popular, though many fans don't like the Ouran characters. Let me state once again, at the time- to lazy to create my own characters, so I borrowed the guys and their personalities...sorry v.v Also I would like to say that I didn't expect such an Anti-Doctor fanbase. I want everyone who reads this to know that Tim isn't the villain. He's flawed, and as a human being will be redeemed at some point. So please don't hate him because he makes mistakes ''(1st priority)

My Favorite Color: Graire yet again, though it will probably be the last one for awhile. There been an influx of Graire flooding the fandom, so I'm going to switch after these two are done to Kaire. Kai needs more love. ~cough~ anyways...its more serious that MEMF, and I think keeps most characters in character, and shows a different Claire than the bubbly one everyone always sees. (2nd priority)

Simply Amazing-awesome Kairy fan crack/fluff. spin off of MEMF, showing a different side of Kai, and his relationship with the adorable Librarian. (3rd priority- Hiatus till further notice)

Christmas Follies:Family moments and fluff- tenshot dedicated to MFOMT married couples. OC/bachelors and OC/Bachelorettes. Finished Rick/Claire; Jack/Ann; Mary/Jack; Karen/Jack. Working on Cliff/Claire and Tim/Claire. Will update eventually.

At the Office:First M rated fic. AU at that. It is supposed to be a one shot but depending on its reception I may or may not conitnue. We'll find out- wont we? Claire was determined that this would be her last day at the office...;) This will be continued! X3

You Belong to Me: Kai/Claire very AU. Kai and Claire met in their first year of college. Friendship blooms along with Claire's constant cleaning up after Kai's reckless mishaps. She grows to love the irresponsible man, but the feeling is onesided. Follows Claire through her four years at the University.Will be started after MFC is finished. Angst and what not. Mulitple game characters. Gift for Jen.

The Princess in her Tower: one shot or possible three shot- Jack/Mary. MFC prequel. Gift for Hannah.

First Love: Romance/angst. Mary/Gray longish fic. probably about 10 chapters. Sequel planned as well.

Guardian Angel: MFC Kai's POV oneshot. Song fic. (In Progress- will be posted before the epilogue for MFC)

Purple Silk Ties: AU fic- Kai/Claire smut. Gift for Sugarapplesweet. It's going to be an office based fic as well. Unrelated to At the Office- but still...something about those settings just makes for happy bunnies. 'Who the hell wears a purple tie anyway?'

Doubts of Village Square: This was going to be my entry for the Writing Festival Contest, but there is no way I can have it finished between here and the end of the month. I'm writing a seperate entry- but these ideas wouldn't leave me alone...

Fairytale Dreams: (A long fic parody with multiple pairings- poking fun at our favorite fairy tales and the obscure ones for multiple Mineral Town Pairings, Might possibly include some for FMNV. Fluff overload a possibility. Follow at your own risk.) Well why shouldn't I help her finish her own Fairy Tale? And why not enchance the rest of the town why I'm at it? I mean...we draw inspiration from what we know...

Shuffle Story: random drabbles themed from shuffled songs for multiple pairings. Claire/guys. five shot I guess O.o
