The first episode of season 4 has now rendered all my Supernatural stories AU. For those unfamiliar with my Supernatural series: Supernatural: Cursed takes off seven years after All Hell Breaks Loose. Sam has gone slightly crazy after he was unable to save his brother, Dean has been sent to Hell, and Jo has become an important character. The stories follow Sam arriving in Jo's city and asking for her help. After leaving everything behind, she goes off with him and faces banshees, Tricksters, subservient ghosts, hunters that want to kill them, the demon Lilith, and a demonised Dean. At the end of Hunted Dean manages to thwart Lilith and gives her no other choice but to return his soul. Each story is an adventure in itself, but the first three are the most closely linked. Eventually Sam and Dean are reunited, and Jo heads off to her mother's new base in Los Angeles. The Winchesters pick up where they left off, with an evil ghost possessing the girl Regan McNeill, Dean losing his memories, going overseas, Sam ending up in a mental institute, Reapers, psychics, children, and a psychotic succubus. | |||||||||
