Author has written 12 stories for Chronicles of Narnia, Harry Potter, Danny Phantom, Inheritance Cycle, Fantastic 4, and Jumper. Hello there people! Well, after not updating this thing for quite a while (namely a few years), felt it would be a good time to do so :) (and it also means that I don't have to face writing essays - eurgh) I tend to wite fanfiction namely to work out the evil plot bunnies that take up residence in my room, eating my socks until I write the damn idea down. Being 19, from the Isle of Sheppey, and trying to find anything to do that doesn't involve Law essays, that means that stuff gets written quite a lot (though not posted - I like reviewers to not have their eyes bleed from the sheer awfulness of my writing). My favourite books are far too numerous to count, but i like all sorts of randomness, as long as it's not Mills and boon. some of my favourite authors are: - The mighty Bernard Cornwell - The mighty Terry Pratchett - Brian Jacques (particularly the Redwall series and the Curse of the flying Dutchman series aswell) - Meg Cabot (sometimes) - JK Rowling -C.S Lewis - Ilona Andrews and many more... I also like watching animes - DN Angel, Rave Master, Cowboy Bebop, Battle Angel Alita, Akira, Evangelion, FF7: Advent Children and I would like to watch more, if only I had the time! I also enjoy watching TV, such as Black Books, Dr Who, Spaced, Danny Phantom, Stargate - SG1, Atlantis and the new series Universe, Ned's SSG, Suite Life of Zack and Cody, the A Team (everybody! Daa Daduhdaa duhh da duhhh..) and more. I love movies (yet another way to escape essays - watch all the movies I want xD )and many other activities which would probably bore you. I tend to write normal(ish) parings, unless I feel that the unconventional pairings actually enhance the story, or indeed just for the hell of it :) Well, enough from me, just read these quotes, then my stories and Review! Au Revoir mes amis! -x-x-x-x-x-x-x- N.B: After looking through my old writing, and clawing my own eyes out at the sheer awfulness of it, over the next couple of years I'm going to re-do the old stuff (namely 'The Final War' as it's useless :P) etc, so that readers and writers of actual decent writing don't shoot themselevs (or me) at thelack of gammar, spell-check, plot ... you name it, it's probably not there xD Well, it means I don't have to do essays xD -x-x-x-x-x-x-x- I'll be more enthusiastic about encouraging thinking outside the box when there's evidence of any thinking going on inside it. -- (Terry Pratchett, alt.fan.pratchett) "But ye gotta know where ye're just gonna rush in. Ye cannae just rush in anywhere. It looks bad, havin' to rush oout again straight awa'." -- Feegle tactics (Terry Pratchett, The Wee Free Men) This isn't life in the fast lane, it's life in the oncoming traffic. -- (Terry Pratchett, alt.fan.pratchett) Oh, come on. Revelation was a mushroom dream that belonged in the Apocrypha. The New Testament is basically about what happened when God got religion. -- (Terry Pratchett, alt.fan.pratchett) Over the centuries, mankind has tried many ways of combating the forces of evil...prayer, fasting, good works and so on. Up until Doom, no one seemed to have thought about the double-barrel shotgun. Eat leaden death, demon... -- (Terry Pratchett, alt.fan.pratchett) I must confess the the activities of the UK governments for the past couple of years have been watched with frank admiration and amazement by Lord Vetinari. Outright theft as a policy had never occured to him. -- (Terry Pratchett, alt.fan.pratchett) You will have to look a long way before you find a bunch of scum-suckers more greedy, humourless and deserving of death than the suits in the music business. -- (Terry Pratchett, alt.fan.pratchett) It's not Brits who think American readers are a bunch of whinging morons with the geo-social understanding of a wire coathanger, it's American editors. -- Setting the record straight (Terry Pratchett, alt.fan.pratchett) 'Luck, like a Russian car, generally only works if you push it.' 'The best definition of an immortal is someone who hasn't died yet.' Brave men make good soldiers, but cowards make better strategists. Many phenomena— wars, plagues, sudden audits— have been advanced as evidence for the hidden hand of Satan in the affairs of Man, but whenever students of demonology get together the M25 London orbital motorway is generally agreed to be among the top contenders for Exhibit A. What're they playing at?" said Aziraphale. -“why are you here?” "To gloat, of course. What use is a victory if one cannot enjoy it?" How is it that I'm the one with ghost powers, and you're the weird kid? "Don't tell me he wants to conquer the world? Can't he come up with something more original?" "Survivability takes priority." "So tell me, what's it like living in a constant haze of stupidity?" "Is there a need for a reason to kill someone?" I'm allergic to microwaves. They release space hamsters into my bloodstream It's true. Hitler was a vegetarian. Just goes to show, vegetarianism, not always a good thing. Can in some extreme cases lead to genocide. Or, as I call it, a Cheesel, it's a Weasel with a Cheese finish. There's more evil in the charts than in an Al-Qaeda suggestion box. I'm a postmodern vegetarian; I eat meat ironically. But our country's equivilant of gritty reality is more like 'Look out Sarge, he's got a shooter!' Speaking of white supremacist types, I was in America recently. A lot of people say 'there's a fine line between genius and insanity'. I actually think there's a yawning gulf. This is a song inspired by the works of Phil Collins; the nasty, whining little git. "our society is ruled by insane people, with insane objectives" John Lennon -x-x-x-x-x-x-x- | |||||||||
