Hello there people!

I tend to write fanfiction namely to work out the evil plot bunnies that take up residence in my room, eating my socks until I write the damn idea down. Due to trying to find anything to do that doesn't involve essays or revision, that means that stuff gets written quite a lot (though not posted - I like reviewers to not have their eyes bleed from the sheer awfulness of my writing).

My favourite books are far too numerous to count, but I'll read all sorts within reason (i.e. No Mills and Boon xD), my main genres are sci-fi, fantasy, historical fiction and adventure. Some of my favourite authors are:

- The mighty Bernard Cornwell

- The mighty Terry Pratchett

- Brian Jacques (particularly the Redwall series and the Curse of the Flying Dutchman series aswell)

- JRR Tolkien

- JK Rowling

- C.S Lewis

- Ilona Andrews

and many more...

I also like watching animes - DN Angel, Rave Master, Cowboy Bebop, Battle Angel Alita, Akira, Evangelion, FF7: Advent Children and I would like to watch more, if only I had the time!

I also enjoy watching TV, which goes from sci fi and historical shows on one hand such as Star Trek, Doctor Who and Rome, to dark or weird comedy such as Black Books :P. The A Team (everybody! Daa Daduhdaa duhh da duhhh..) holds a special place in my heart along with Better off Ted and Boston Legal, and I'll generally try anything once as long as it's not Sex and the City xD.

I love movies (yet another way to escape essays - watch all the movies I want xD )and many other activities which would probably bore you.

I tend to write normal(ish) pairings, unless I feel that the unconventional pairings actually enhance the story, or indeed just for the hell of it :).

I'm currently going through a period of rewriting and actual editing of my stories (mainly the WIPs as I'd like to actually finish them :D), but it's taking a while. I promise to update "The Final War" in the next month or so once I've actually written some more, but the updates will be sporadic as I work out a) how to combine the two fandoms, b) the actual story, and c) how to get the story down in a way that'll please the readers :).

I do tend to do a lot of posting on LJ at the moment, simply because of work etc, (bad excuse is bad), but I hope to get stuff completed and edited so it doesn't actually cause readers to claw out their eyes at the awfulness of my writing :P.

Nice big disclaimer: I do not own any of these fandoms. I wish I did, I could make a lot of money out of it, but at the end of the day, I'm a student who just likes to see what directions these stories could take :D. If you think I own these? All I own are my own ideas and characters, and you're more than welcome to use them if you let me know first :D.

08/07/2010: Due to RL, generally having no idea how to continue "The Final War" at the moment and other things, this is officially on hiatus for the time being. Once I actually write more I will post, and I thank all you wonderful people who have actually stayed with it even when it hasn't updated for ages, and for those who have been there since the beginning and the horrible writing there? I thank you from the bottom of my heart, it means a lot that you were willing to look past the crap writing to what the story could be. Hopefully the redone work has pleased you, and I'm sorry for not updating at the moment :(
