Still on the drawing board, but I've got the setting and the plot all mapped out in my head. Takes place in a setting that I'm sure you'll find interesting. Hopefully I can post the first few chapters before Christmas break. More details to come!

What happens when you mix a shojo title like Kaze Hikaru with the deep, psychological tendencies of Neon Genesis Evangelion? What would happen if you give the brash yet sensible Sei the fiery, yet insecure characteristics of Soryu Asuka Langley? You guessed it, the latter was the inspiration for this fic, just hatched after yet another one of my Evangelion marathons. No definite publish date for this one yet, although I have already started the draft for it.

8/24/2011 (GMT +8): Chapter 11 of Freefall, whose title I still haven't decided yet (head meets desk), is almost complete. I just have to revise and check everything to make sure that the events will make sense after Mask. Tentative release date is on the first week of September, which is next week! :)

As you may have already known, the manga industry is in serious trouble due to declining sales. This, coupled with the unstable global economy has forced manga companies to slow down the releases of volumes or (for some titles) complete cancellation of the series. That is why I'm appealing to all those who love Kaze Hikaru and wouldn't want to see it disappear altogether -- please please pleasebuy the volumes. Let's show Watanabe-sensei and Viz Media that even though our community is small, our dedication and love for KH is as strong as ever!
