What can I tell you? I'm 32 years old and have been doing the fanfic thing for a long time. Yes, that's my fictional doppelganger Elizabeth in the image, with her dad Allan. If you pay close attention to the TPDoEQ series, you may notice some changes happening gradually; what I'm doing is copying the chapters into word files, editing them (among other things, to remove author notes that no longer apply), and then updating the posts. Still the same story, just presented in tidier format. Meanwhile, if you've read that series and you want to know more about it, you're welcome to visit the perpetually-in-a-state-of-update wiki! When I'm not immersing myself in late Victorian England, Hogwarts, or Hyrule, I masquerade as a normal human being. My disguise is cultivated by working as the secretary at my church, writing freelance magazine articles, hiking at Hawk Mountain Sanctuary, drinking too much Mountain Dew and indulging in my Wii addiction. (Super Smash Bros. Brawl is love. Seriously.) I drive a car called Tom Sawyer and listen to a lot of music by Rush, Daughtry, and the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. I live beautiful eastern Pennsylvania with a Bill Weasley lookalike and two very spoiled cats.

I am also, now, one half of the FFN author called Lady Zhaniel. My good friend Oldschoolzeldafan and I are co-writing a bunch of fic for our two most mutual fandoms, Legend of Zelda and Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Our "power couples" (to use the fandom term) are Link/Zelda and Snake/Samus. The stories always feature one if not both of those pairings. If you're at all familiar with my story "Don't Drink the Water," it will soon be re-posted under that name, as it fits into the series we've decided to do together. (She's been REALLY patient about letting me beg her for help, so it's only right that she share in the credit.)
