Author has written 106 stories for Emergency, Hardcastle and McCormick, Starsky and Hutch, NCIS, Torchwood, and Supernatural. I thought I'd update this just a bit, but the basics haven't really changed. Profiles are kinda tough for me. Let's see, where do I start? I'm no spring chicken, being old enough to remember LARAMIE and CAPTAIN KANGAROO from the first day they aired (okay, I was only a year old for the Captain, but still...) I count Robert Fuller as Jess Harper as being my first real crush. I'm also an original fan of THE MAN FROM UNCLE. I've written in many fandoms, some before I realized what fandom was, from STAR TREK in junior high to my first fanzine submission, ZEBRA THREE in the STARSKY & HUTCH fandom. I've also written in other fandoms such as SIMON & SIMON, HARDCASTLE & McCORMICK, EMERGENCY!, THE PROFESSIONALS, SUPERNATURAL, and my biggest love to date, NCIS. I'm toying with some stories in other fandoms as well, like THE SENTINEL. Updated 4/21/09 A recent experiment in writing has caused a wealth of comments coming my way in private messages and personal emails. I had truly hoped that fandom had changed past this narrowmindedness. I wrote a slash NCIS story at the request of a good friend and posted it. It is not a pairing that I personally see, although I do and have read some great stories within that sub-universe. I have always considered that the quality of the writing to be the most important aspect of anything I read. I have written slash in the past, only in The Professionals fandom however. I found it not to be a type of writing that I was really very comfortable with, although I had and have read some fantastic fiction with male/male relationships as their basis, both in fandom and in the professional world. I do dislike the Porn only stories, but I simply don't read them. I don't attack the writers. | |||||||||||
