DARKSTALKERS NEWS: (Updated 01/24/08)
Due to numerous requests from readers, I've included a final "Epilogue" chapter for Vampire Savior. All your favorite characters who stand the slightest chance of returning in the sequel will make an appearance, and the stage is officially set for Vampire Apocalypse in the near future.

Finally back from a hiatus that has lasted for over a year; my apologies to everyone for the wait, but I promise I'll make it worth your while. In addition to finishing 'Savior, I'm plotting the following Darkstalkers goodies in the future.

L. Rogue's Darkstalkers: Vampire Apocalypse
The next installment in the L. Rogue's Darkstalkers series, Vampire Apocalypse, picks up one year after the end of Vampire Savior. A new millenium dawns, and with it will be born a great destroyer, despite the best efforts of those it must consume. As the universe is thrown into chaos, all worlds must unite in a desperate struggle for survival.

Confirmed New Characters!!

Michael de Calculus: Champion of the Angels. A stone seraphim from the good-aligned world of Joukai, this knight in shining energy has a shady past, but his heart is in the right place. As he dives headlong into the maelstrom to prevent the end of everything he loves, he will learn the true definition of the word.

Zeburin: A powerful witch who leads a budding cult to the newly manifested Shintai, she will stop at nothing to serve her dark patron, even if that means sacrificing her own race.

Umspannen: Zeburin's trusted right hand, Umspannen is actually a shameless shapeshifter who manipulates others to advance his own lot. What diabolical deceptions does this unseen foe have in store for our heroes?

Shintai: The great destroyer herself is reborn at the hands of her self-righteous creator. But this time, she isn't going to lay around in a ritual room and wait for the souls to come to her. The end of all things is coming straight to us!

L. Rogue's Darkstalkers: Blood Reign/The Nine Year Storm
This installment will take place between Vampire Hunter and Vampire Savior, and will detail the nine-year war between Demitri Maximoff and Makai. Is expected to be dark and moody, even for Darkstalkers, and will probably merit the category Supernatural/Drama as a result.

When and if I get around to this one, I'll probably have a cameo by Baraba Kreutz, and delve into the history of his rivalry with Demitri.

L. Rogue's Darkstalkers: Legend of the Wolf Lord
The untold story of Baraba Kreutz, the elusive father of Jon Talbain/Gallon. No further details at this point. It's a whimsy until further notice.

Currently I'm pretty tied up with Darkstalkers fics when I get the chance to write, so it might be awhile before I write anything not in that vein.
