You know how, sometimes, you start with only a little bit on your metaphorical plate? Like, say, a tiny sponge. And you're happy with the sponge, even if you're not all that busy. Then, out of no where, someone dumps a bucket of "water" (read "responsibility and new tasks and homework and fandom-related chores, etc, etc, etc") all over your little sponge and it expands and expands and all of the sudden its grown so huge that it's not only completely encompassed your plate, but it's oozing over the edges?

Yeah. that's pretty much my life right now.

What I Write: Anything I damn well feel like. That includes couples of the most forbidden nature (my favorite), oftentimes inappropriate humor, and cheesy childish corniness. Depends on the series and situation. And my mood. Occasionally I'll do challenges or requests, so feel free to send them, but I don't promise as to when I'll finish them.

Current Obsession: Kuroshitsuji and Mythical Detective Loki Ragnarok. (AAAAA, CUTE LITTLE SHOUTA BOYS FTW! XD)

Suggested Series: Mythical Detective Loki Ragnarok. Firstly, I admit that I'm totally late on this one, and most of you have probably already seen it. Secondly, Mayura tends to annoy the crap out of me. Thirdly, the ending left me going "...wait, what?" But still, despite all of this, I adore this series. The music, the animation, the English voice actors (I LOVE YOU, SHANNON EMERICK. XD)... not to mention, as it was written by Sakura Kinoshita, it's freakin' hilarious. X3 But even more than that, I love how it avoids certain anime cliches. IE, Mayura starts off as a normal high school girl, and gosh darnit, that's what she remains. She doesn't suddenly become a goddess, nor does she randomly amass magical powers. She remains delightfully consistant. Also, I greatly enjoyed the emphasis on family and friendship, rather than romance. Now, I love me some romance, but it was still a refreshing twist to switch the lens of focus from romantic love to familial love. (Episodes 4 and 25 ALWAYS MAKE ME CRY.) In short, this series is VERY MUCH worth checking out... especially now that you can buy the complete box set, rather than individual DVDs. :D
