Author has written 15 stories for Gundam Wing/AC, and Harry Potter. ...currently in progress/recently finished (updated May 2011) Drops of Jupiter has finally been finished and uploaded! Butterflies and Hurricanes, which was meant as Epic Sequel to Starlight, but which after four years still is in the plotting phase and now even has a non-Starlight-sequel version. Maybe I should just give up. ...about me I'm a MSc student from the Netherlands, who spends way too much time at the horse-riding school and on the Internet, haha. During the rare spare time I have, I love to read - mostly fantasy and SF. My favourite series ever is the Galactic Milieu series (Jack the Bodiless, Diamond Mask and Magnificat) by Julian May. Epic books. I'm currently attempting to actually write an original SF/fantasy story called Starquake (formerly known as 'the story that I'm never actually going to write', but which by now counts 50,000+ words), so it may be a while until I'll post more fanfic. Although I have a tendency to get inspired at really inopportune moments (usually when I'm studying for exams etc.), so who knows? ...fandoms and ships My main fandoms at the moment are Merlin, Torchwood and Harry Potter (and BBC's Sherlock, every now and then), but I'm also still very fond of my very first fandom, Gundam Wing. I sort-of-ship a crazy amount of pairings, including Merlin/Arthur, Jack/Ianto, House/Wilson, Trowa/Heero and an insane amount of Harry Potter ships, of which quite a lot of het pairings. (Theo/Daphne, Harry/Luna, Theo/Ginny, Terry/Hermione, ... The list goes on.) I'm also quite fond of Harry/Ginny, which is rather strange, considering I hardly ever ship canon pairings, with the obvious exception of Jack/Ianto. The only HP pairing I actually write, though, is Harry/Blaise (boy!Blaise, of course). For some reason I completely fail at writing anything Torchwood- or Merlin-related; the closest I ever got to writing TW fic was Drops of Jupiter, which is mostly HP. ...my fics Most of my fics are in the Harry Potter fandom, and almost all of them are Harry/Blaise. I used to write Gundam Wing fic, but the only ones still on FF.net are my two Dutch fics Noodlot and Incognito. My favourite genre is probably crackfic. I guess the story I'm most proud of is Drops of Jupiter, mostly because it's a multichapter I actually finished and it has a plot that makes (a very small amount of) sense, haha. It took me nearly four years - and endless rewrites and shuffling around the separate parts - to get from the initial plotting stage to the finished story. Most of it was written 3-4 years ago, but the separate parts just never seemed to fit. And then it went completely cracky, haha. My fics can also be found at my writing community at LiveJournal, including some fics that I haven't posted here. These include a few Harry/Blaise one-shots (among which a few crackfics) and several ficlets written for 100quills. Also an edited and (slightly) improved version of Starlight, but it still needs a bit more editing. ...in case you know me in RL Ik adviseer mensen die mij in Real Life kennen om niet verder te lezen.
