Author has written 13 stories for Sky High, Fairy Tales, Black Cat, and Final Fantasy: Unlimited. I’m over 30 and I’m from South Africa. My long-term career plans still involve finding a rich husband so I don’t need a job because then I can write full-time … no luck yet, but I’m still trying ;) I’ve made up stories all my life, but I’ve always struggled to write them down. So I started writing fan fiction a few years ago as practice, and I have really learned a lot – and I’d like to think that my writing has improved. It’s certainly becoming easier to put down on paper what I see in my head. I am currently taking a break from writing fan fiction, apart from a one-shot now and then, in order to concentrate on my works of original fiction which I’m hoping to publish one day, one of which is a fantasy trilogy and another is a historical Christian novel. I recently spent 15 months in England doing research for these stories, and after spending all my savings, I’m now trying to get a job that will allow me time to work on my writing, which I hope will someday bring glory to God and encourage other believers. Update 30 September I have removed Tabula Rasa until such time as it is completed. I know how frustrating it is to start reading a story that isn't finished and I apologise to everyone who has read it for leaving them on a cliffhanger. A year later and my muse continues to be distracted by other fandoms, but I really do intend to finish the story sometime. | |||||||
