In the beginning,the Sun god chose the glorious Phoenix to live forever,like himself.Because it was to beautiful to live among people,the Phoenix flew and flew until it reached the deserts of Arabia.There it lived freely,singing songs of praise to the Sun.But after five hundred years the Phoenix became very tired.And so it flew back to the green lands and built a nest of cinnamon bark on top of a large palm tree.It gathered some myrrh and rolled the fragrant sap into an egg.Then the Phoenix called:"Sun,make me strong again!"Flames leapt out from the nest,and when the flames died away,all that was left was a pile of ashes.Soon however the ash began to tremble,and suddenly a new,young Phoenix arose.It hollowed out the egg of myrrh and put the ashes inside of it.Then the bird flew to the Temple of the Sun at Heliopolis and placed the egg on the Sun's altar.Every five hundred years,the Phoenix flies to the same palm tree to be born anew in a blaze of fire.~an Egyptian myth

What do you look like?: About 8 feet tall,with a 12 foot wingspan,golden talons and beak,with red and gold plumage...Oh,you mean what do I really look like. I'm 5ft 11in tall I'm not really fat but I'm not really thin either. I'm tan with a heart shaped face high cheekbones and eyes that could be called chocolate brown and I have sholder length coffee brown (black that shines brown in sunlight) curly hair. People have said that I'm pretty but I can't really tell, I'm unique looking and thats enough.

How old are you?: I'm 23 when I'm a human almost 2,000 when I'm a Phoenix...I don't care if Phoenix don't reach maturity until their 5,000 I'm not a hatchling darn it!

What's your sign?: Small children at play...Oh you mean my star sign well be clear. For the simple version I'm a Sagittarius (The centar archer ~drools~ ) for the long version I'm a Sagittarius Water Boar born in the month of the Boar and the hour of the Rabbit I was born on Friday,November,25th,1983. 1983 is a water year and water promotes sensitivity and tact while people born under Sagittarius are known to be Tactless so I do have tact just not enough sometimes.

Favorite musical?: Little Shop of Horrors but only the movie I've never seen it but the play has a bad ending and after all he's been through Seymore deserves a good ending. Favorite in movie and play would have to be Annie(the 1983 version of the movie)(Strange mix no?)

Favorite type of book?: ~hugs all books~ You can't have them there mine!!! Oh,sorry...books set in the victorian age,fantasy,myths,legends,folk tales,a little sci fi and probably more that I've forgotten.

Why PhoenixAlone?: I'm not sure why I like dragons,unicorns,and centars alot more but I ended up a Phoenix.I'm not sure how really since my Moms not a Phoenix though we do share a love of fire ~stares entranced at a flickering candle~ But there are good things about being a Phoenix and the best part ~gets anime style stars in her eyes~ Flight!!! ~runs off the edge of her bed and jumps but smacks into the wall~ @_@ ok maybe I haven't got the flying thing down yet...
