Hey there, I'm Piper Maru Duchovny, but most people call me Julia. I'm from a small town in Northeastern Indiana where I spend my days writing, reading, and pretending to have a really interesting life. I've been writing all my life but began to post it for you fabulous people to read in October of 2008.

I'm eighteen. I'm lost, I'm misguided, I'm trying to find my place in the world. I stay up to late and am coerced into waking up too early. I have an addiction to all things country music and caffeine. I really hate starting all these sentences with 'I'. True to most Indiana stereotypes I love Nascar/Indy Car races, basketball (IU!), & participate in 4-H.

My Ships:
Sara & Grissom (CSI) - GSR is probably my One True Pairing. I've shipped them since I was like nine years old.
Mulder & Scully (X-files) - There will always be a place in my heart for the couple that started me on this fanfic ride.
Danny & Lindsay (CSI:NY) - I'm a real sucker for Montana and her Cowboy. That's the kind of love I want.
Mac & Stella (CSI:NY) - I didn't want to like New York, but their relationship sucked me into the show that has become my life.
Elliot & Olivia (Law & Order: SVU) - I didn't want to watch this show, but Jenna talked me into it. I wasn't going to ship this show, but E/O demanded it. iFail.

Brittney & Rachel are two of my favorite people in the world. I love when Brittney IM's me randomly saying "Sis! I got the best idea to surprise Mom with!" Best fake family ever. I love them more than life itself.
Jenna would be the best friend that keeps me writing and laughing even when I don't feel like doing either.
Lily, Dana, Laura, & Andrea complete my little fanfic writing tribe and each of them has a very special place in my heart that cannot be replaced.
