Other Stuff: I love reviews! Any good comments, including constructive criticism, are exactly the stuff I need. Seeing as how you can look up and see a lot of the things I'm interested in, if anyone could give me some ideas on a new fanfic to write (or to write with me), that would be great! If any of my interests share with yours, we could share ideas for fics. I sort of need some writers to get me started on my "writing rampage", if you will. If anyone can help me out with some ideas, comments, criticism, etc. please PM me or leave comments. Anyone that helps me will be credited!

UPDATES - January 9th, 2009: It's the new year! Woo! The past can now be left behind as a new beginning resurfaces.
The snow is pretty much gone now...but the rain is coming, and a lot of it. There's flood warnings all over the place. A few roads closed, too. You'd think people wouldn't react so greatly over a puddle... ;)
I still think junior year of high school sucks. It has its positive aspects, I'm sure, but right now I'm at the "I hate this immensely" and every day I want to go home after being there for maybe fifteen minutes. Taking two AP classes, two semi-AP classes and a first-year language class doesn't help the cause. At all. (French is cool, though. The language is pretty fascinating and I love learning it.)

For at least the time being, Empire will be discontinued from this moment forth. Unless I'm struck by inspiration to add something between now and summer, there won't be any updates til then. I know many of you were expecting an update with my Empire fanfic a loooooong time ago...and I'm sorry to have disappointed you all, as well as myself. Excusez moi, s'il voux plait. I really don't have much free time anymore, what with more difficult classes and extracirricular stuff. As I've said before, I'm not a big fan of making excuses, but I'm explaining myself. I still have some ideas of what I could do with it...including plot twists and OC's. I was quite pleased with myself b/c many of my ideas for Empire showed up in Brisingr. Obviously Chris and I have like-minds. ;)
I'd definitely appreciate it if a) I got more reviews, b) some people could PM me with ideas for a oneshot or a fic, b/c that would be fun to write whenever I had the time, c) all of you guys could vote in my poll (see top of page), or d) if you could do all of the above!
I haven't updated for what's heading towards another year - AGH! - but I'm only a teenager, not a full-time writer. I absolutely LOVE writing, but doing so creatively has become more and more difficult over time. However, I will try to work harder to get my fics done. Time is a luxury many of us don't have...
I appreciate all the feedback I've received and am using your comments and suggestions to better my writing. I can't believe all the kind reviews I've received for my writing. It's astounding to me, and I thank you all for the support!

I'm using the writing that many of you have submitted to FF(dot)net to adjust my own work. I'm amazed at how visual and well-worded some of the writing here is. It's fantastic! I honestly say that many of you are extremely talented with writing, and should consider making a career out of it (if you haven't already).
