Dear readers, what compels the common fanfiction author to lay down a thesis of their lives up until this precise instant in this humble section? As opposed to - oh, I don't know - just telling us outright that they're female, either fourteen or forty-five, wear glasses and often substitute 'wackiness' for genuine social skills?

And so often a thesis composed of such utter, unmitigated crap that I find it a wonder they truly believe their epic work could be anything but a panicked exercise for the mousewheel finger. Do they truly, honestly believe that anyone anywhere, who has ever existed or is yet to exist, wants to read the ten page glory that is the hilarious exchange you and Jenny had about Naruto in the Taco Bell drive-through?

No. No, we don't. You ought to be killed. And Jenny, I hope you choked on that goddamn combo deal.

So, anyway. I'm twenty-one, a glasses wearer, and I often substitute silence for genuine social skills. Reviews terrify the hell out of me; bad ones for obvious reasons, good ones because it still meant people read it. You should also go read every story in my favourites. Even the ancient ones. But, if you like Zutara and would prefer to simply skip to reading the greatest story in the genre, just go read AkaVertigo's 'Tempest in a Teacup'. In fact, go do that anyway, Zutarian or not. Seriously, get cracking on it. Chop chop.
