Hi, I'm Rau and I hail from the soggy ol' UK.

I'm a big Sonic the Hedgehog fan (all the many different versions of him), and have been one since way back in 1991, when I got the first game on the Mega Drive for Christmas.

Tails is by far my favourite character in the various series, though I don't particularly hate anyone. My favourite Sonicverse would have to be the Fleetway comics, since STC was the comic I grew up with.

Anyway, enough about me. On to my story;

In the Ashes of Mobius

There have been so many vastly different interpretations of the Sonic universe already, so I thought I might try my hand at it. I've included characters and plot elements from all over the various Sonicverses, so you may find much that is familiar but presented in different ways, all wrapped up in a space opera setting (or science fantasy, if you like).

Part 1: The Fall Of Mobius - Chapters 1-5 - Tensions between the nations of Mobius are at their highest since the end of the Great War, ten years ago, and another war is looming on the horizon. But their problems have only just begun, when an alien armada appears in orbit and lays waste to all in its path, searching for something that was once lost.

Part 2: Rise of The Robots - Chapters 6-14? - Robotnik's machinations begin to come together as the survivors of the invasion are forced to make some difficult decisions. Can they put aside their differences in order to fight a common enemy?

Part 3: And The Sun Rose Again - Chapter 15?-19? - "So it's come down to this, has it?" Remington sighed as he watched Robotnik's citadel through a pair of battered old binoculars. "Victory or death. All or nothing."

"Mobius' future rests in their hands. I just hope Sonic and your Guardian can pull it off," Charles said as he stood beside the echidna commander.
