Author has written 29 stories for Naruto, and Final Fantasy XII. So. Most of you should have noticed I've stopped writing. It's due to both a lack of muse and a general lack of interest in Naruto lately; I pretty much stopped reading it. Please stop asking for updates on Darkness in Me. I've been trying. It's not happening. So. I'm taking it down. Here's what was supposed to happen: The ANBU is Hizuren Sarutobi. He found a jutsu that Orochimaru had tried out and abandoned. Trying to figure out why snaky-one abandoned it, he performed it. It turned him young and active again for a limited amount of time. He used it a few more times, trying to understand why slimy king decided not to persue it further. Turns out it's addictive. Not only that, but the more you use it, the longer you stay younger-but the more your inhibitions become stripped away. You begin to act as you please, with no regard for your morals, laws, or your personal stnadards of behavoir. Ol pedophile-boy didn't use it because it slowly strips away who you *are* and he wasn't interested in becoming a perpetually young man who wasn't himself anymore. Hizuren-as-ANBU was going to kidnap Iruka in the next chapter. Kakashi was going to use his nin-dogs to hunt him down. Ibiki, still trying to protect the Hokage's reputation, was going to try to confront him while he was old, but didnt reccon on the longer young stages, and gets his ass smeared across the plate. The fight was going to draw the attention of Kakashi, who was going to show up and fight Hizuren. Normally, even Kakashi wouldn't have stood a chance but thankfully the jutsu had begun to work on Hizuren's mind, and Kakashi was going to seriously work him over. However, he was going to escape, with Kakashi hot in persuit, and they were going to end up where ANBU was keeping Iruka prisoner. A few more exchanges, another big fight, and just as Kakashi (still oblivious as to who ANBU was) was about to land the finishing blow, Ibiki was going to show up and take it (non-fatally, I'd never kill Ibiki). The jutsu would snap off as Kakashi was trying to figure out what was going on, and...yeah. Hizuren would swear off the jutsu and destroy the scroll, Ibiki gets time in hospital, and Kakashi takes Iruka home for some lovings. Last chapter would have been Kakashi and Iruka doing the sneaky-thing, cause Kakashi was going to think it was hot that Iruka had a kinky fetish. Wish I could have finished it, but I can't. Dunno why. If I ever do manage, I'll post it all, ok? Sorry. As for anything else...probably not happening either. My muse seems to have taken a permanent vacation. I don't know why.
