ABOUT ME: My name is Janine, and I'm almost 21 years old (the horror). I'm your typical college student, working to get a degree in English (I realize that sounds odd since I don't write fanfiction nearly as often as I should, but all those essays just kill my creative drive). I'm a big fan of this website (I've probably broken a record for most hours spent reading fanfiction), and I love fantasy novels, manga and rock music. I'm not as HP-obsessed as I seem (I just cater to the fans), and I'm working on several original stories that I have yet to finish.

My Favorite Characters: Draco, Riku, Jasper, Vincent, Sesshoumaru, Gaara, L, etc. (Gotta love those anti-heroes! ...But why do all the female characters suck?!)

Things I Can't Stand: Long sappy romances, totally depressing hero-just-can't-win stories, overused and impossibly cliche fics, and really good stuff that gets abandoned after a cliffhanger. (That can only be considered pure torture, and, yes, I know I'm a hypocrite.)

"Harry Potter: The 'Boy' Who Lived"
This story is an AU version of Harry's first year at Hogwarts, but it has a twist. Harry Potter, the 'boy' who lived, is actually a girl! Dumbledore is the only one who knows. What will happen when the rest of the wizarding world finds out?

"Hallie Potter: Secrets Revealed"
This is the anticipated sequel to my previous story, and Hallie' s second year at Hogwarts. Second year will finally begin to deviate more from the book plot, and you should see more interaction between Hallie and Draco. As the title suggests, things are about to get interesting...

"The Orphan: Book 1"
Harry Potter is coming to Hogwarts... Wait, he hasn't gotten his letter? Ah, then will you stop by his aunt and uncle's- He's not there? WHAT? Then where- AN ORPHANAGE? Why does nothing ever go as planned? Well, at least everything else is in order... The Boy-Who-Lived will of course be sorted into Gryffindor- HAT, ARE YOU LISTENING? HEY! DON'T YOU DARE-

"Dark Legacy"
This is the story of Ana and her brother, Tom. Now, what's so intersting about a couple of OCs? It all depends on who their parents were. Tom and Ana never told the people at the orphanage what their last name was. If the wizarding world knew, it could mean their very lives. Too bad for Ana that secrets won't stay hidden for long. Especially when Tom seems set to follow in their father's footsteps

RULES:
-Harry Potter must be born a girl, but the majority of the world doesn't know. You decide how this happened.
-She must pretend to be a boy for a select period of time. It doesn't matter how or why, but she must show up at the Sorting as a boy.
-She can be in any of the four houses, make any friends, and spend her summers however you choose. Go wild as long as you stick to the disguise.
-People WILL find out the truth eventually. Where's the excitment otherwise?
-And finally, I'm revising the sexual relationship rules. I don't care what you do anymore. Fanfiction has corrupted my mind beyond recognition...
