About Me

Hello! My name is Sara. I'm 25. I graduated from Brigham Young University in Civil Engineering, with a minor in Math. (Notice the lack of the words "creative writing"...) I'm married to an awesome guy named Jason, who started Vet School at Texas A&M in the August 2007. We are SOOOO excited to be back in Texas with the heat and humidity!

I've been reading fan fiction for a long time, but I probably wouldn't have ever written anything it if I hadn't felt VERY STRONGLY that there was a scene missing from Megan Meade's Guide to the McGowan Boys (which I've actually only read ONCE, a long time ago). I LOVE to write, but I'm more of a editor than a writer. I'm not very creative. I don't write unless I have a really good idea. But you never know. Maybe you'll see more stories by me in the future!

Favorite Books

Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, and Breaking Dawn by Stephenie Meyer!! I LOVE these books. If I wasn't already married and it was possible to marry a book, I would marry Twilight. They are that INCREDIBLE! If you have not read these books, go get them RIGHT NOW. And buy them in hard back. I'm serious. Plus, Stephenie is like the COOLEST AUTHOR EVER! The Mediator Series by Meg Cabot (Shadowland, Ninth Key, Reunion, Darkest Hour, Haunted, Twilight.) Ghosts. Wow. I have a serious fascination with the supernatural, don't I? But you'd best believe, Jesse is the freaking hottest ghost around! Hahahahaha... This series is amazing! Twilight is one of the best books EVER!! Read them in order though... www.megcabot.com

1-800-WHERE-R-YOU series by Meg Cabot (When Lightning Strikes, Code Name Cassandra, Safe House, Sanctuary, Missing You) more supernatural goodness.

11/29/2007 - I write here, like I'm expecting people to read this, but I found this AMAZING shirt online, and HAD to share it!! It expresses what I want to say to people who are incapable of writing fanfiction without awful grammar mistakes... I hope it makes you smile:)

11/14/2007 - I just read the best thing ever, and I wanted to pass it on. If you want to be a GOOD fanfiction writer, read this: FIFTEEN THINGS NOT TO DO IN TWILIGHT FANFICTION. I applaud BlueSea14 and Just A Little Bit Dramatic for their efforts to make Twilight Fanfiction better!

It's just sad that Edward would SERIOUSLY not be able to drive it. It's German. And WWII had just ended... :( But that's okay. It's still beautiful. He got it before the war, anyway. (Don't ask how. It doesn't actually make any logical sense... :) )

7/20/2007 - Too Late - I just posted my third story, Too Late, which is actually going to have several chapters. I've written the entire thing--it just needs editing, etc. So far, it is 68 pages and over 31,000 words in Microsoft Word. EEK! That's a lot. I'd like to get it all posted before we move on July 31st. So, that will have to be at LEAST a chapter a day. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it:)
