Okay... So I lied about not updating a story. I'll give you a one-shot to look at while I decide whether or not I'm going to do anything else.

Something on Yamiko's profile just prompted me. XD Not really sure why her justified complaint about a lack of intelligence on this site was encouraging to me, but eeeh. I'm sure those of you who enjoy the story won't complain. Ha.

I think I'm going to edit 'Shadows of the Night'. I know that it's riddled with grammar errors. I also know that I want it as it was, so grammar will be the only thing I'm editing. The plot and style will remain it's good ol' 04 self. I won't mess with such old stories.

Eternal Obsession and To Capture Her Spirit still seem to mock me with their lack of progress however. Maybe, maybe I will attempt to make myself get back into the habit of writing. We'll see.

I should also finish the last one-shot in the Broken trilogy...yeeeah...way to leave that one hanging...anyway. Bed time for me now. 3:33 am.

I'm perplexed that these stat trackers are telling me that people still tend to observe whether I am or am not around, and even that my stories are still being read, despite my um...writing death, I suppose you'd call it?

I'm not going to make promises about writing this time around. I really don't know when, if ever, I'll find the time, concentration, or fixation for writing that I once possessed. BUt I still look at my unfinished pieces with remorse, and to this day, even in all my college craziness, I still carry a yellow notebook around with me. (At least one. Not the twelve or so you could find me with in high school. Those litter the floor of my dorm, a reminder of some loss I've yet to accept or understand.)

I'm also bemused by the face that Shadows of the Night is still one of my most visited stories. That alone makes me want to at the very least grammar revise it. It's, what, a good five years old? I think I may do that anyway. Following SotN I find To Capture Her Spirit retains some popularity among my pieces. I think it's the pairing. XD

So, as it stands, I may update something at any given point in the future...or I may not. Maybe, if I've seen you around a bit and you're insanely curious as to the fate of characters in one of my unfinished stories, I'll talk out one of my plots with you. Again, maybe, maybe not. =p

At any rate, I'm using today as my procrastinate from school day.

No, I'm not dead...

As it were, my first semester of college left me with little time to sleep and even less time to write or to read any fanfiction what-so-ever. (Oh, then there's all the epic failure shit that's gone on with my ex, but that's unimportant, to say the least).

Now, why wasn't Eternal Obsession updated as I so stated before? Because...I cannot find the freaking notebook!! After figuring out all the plotting, the reasoning, the plot twist, the ending, and writing half of the next chapter...poof. No freaking clue where it's gotten off to...

At any rate, I've updated a few things on my profile (I'm considering scrapping the entire thing...), and with any luck, I'll drag myself away from the computer and actually write at some point this break...

Cool beans. You guys looked at the reader traffic thing yet? It's pretty spiffy, I say. Apparently its still glitching, but when they figure it out it'll be pretty cool.

So, this journal apparently decided to kill my emo rant. That first paragraph was supposed to be lines long. I find it humorous. My emo tendencies are obviously not meant for FFN. (I'm too hardcore to handle??) Or something.

As you can probably tell, I'm in a rather good mood at this precise time. I can only guess as to why (brother is leaving again, huzzah), and perhaps a few other things that are completely insignificant (or are they?), but no less add to my mood.

Anyway, I'm working on 'Eternal Obsession' right now. Hoping to have a new chapter up before I leave for college.

Hmm. So if you’re wondering about the seven weeks I was just gone MIA, its not a thing anymore. The boyfriend…..got a little too logical and decided that the five weeks we weren’t going to see each other would kill us or something, so he broke up with me. With nothing left to do, and very little to look forward to in the summer, I have realized the neglect I’ve paid to my account here.

You’ll have to forgive me on that.

Anyway, I’m pulling out my one-shots to finish them (I’ve got two version of this one I wrote for creative writing I need to pick between) as well as an Optichsipping something or another. I’ll type those up soon.

If you notice, several of my stories have come to be on a hiatus or just aren't being updated. I am truly sorry for this and intend to pay more attention to these eventually. I wish I could have more time to do the things that I want. But between three choirs, two bands, four AP-type classes (they’re called ‘honors’ but whatever.), tests, homework, (which I am taking more time on this year), and a job my fanfiction has come to take a back seat to many things. I'm truly sorry for this, but I have no intention of giving this up. I’ll keep pushing, little bye little, and eventually, we'll all be happy. : )
