Author has written 6 stories for Digimon, and Labyrinth.

You can call me, Shi.

I’m a self-proclaimed odd duck with a recent addiction to Labyrinth and Star Trek: 2009. If you can see my avatar than you can probably guess who my all time favorite character is (Sorry, Kirk, Spock, but Jareth is like both of you rolled into one. You can't get it much better than that.). I’m an avid reader of fan-fiction with little tolerance for most slash or yaoi, the Star Trek: 2009 section seems to hold the majority of my exceptions. If you're interested, you're welcome to look through my favorites to find them.

My current goals in life mostly revolve around finishing the fan-fiction I’ve started, and creating my own language for an original story.

One thing I would like to point out, is that I'm quite the perfectionist when it comes to my own work. So, if you see a typo or something that's grammatically incorrect I'd like to invite my readers to please point it out to me so that I can fix it. However, I would ask that if you see three or more errors, to please PM me where the problem areas are, rather than write me an Evening News Review. For those that are unfamilar with the term, I'd like to guide everyone's attention to the quote below.

'The Evening News is where they start off with 'Good Evening', and then proceed to tell you why it isn't.' -anon

Please, don't give me a review that start with "This is great, but..." At that point, your chances are high that, although your advice is good, I'm not going to be all that thrilled with how or why you gave it to me. I feel that it's kind of degrading and tactless to parade a list of someone's mistakes around for other readers to view publicly. If I make a mistake, please come to me with it, not the rest of the world. (And yes, this has gotten to be a bit of a minor pet peeve of mine.)

Other than that, very little bothers me. If you have questions, concerns, or would even like to share your views on a certain point in one of my stories, you're welcome to PM me. I'll write you back as soon as I'm able.

...Well, I think that’s about it for now.

So, on that note, remember children, "There is nothing to winning, really. That is, if you happen to be blessed with a keen eye, an agile mind, and no scruples whatsoever." – Alfred Hitchcock

--Quotes--

“One of our team didn’t make it out either,” Raven pointed out, still not turning away from her computer screens. “And I don’t acknowledge the responsibility you’re trying to make me feel.” Her voice was cold and her eyes unreadable as she concluded: “Am I my brothers keeper?”

For a moment there was silence as Luciel struggled for words, and Wraith watched him as if waiting for a sign. Then from the side of the room a faint voice replied:

“You are his keeper as he is yours.”

Wraith and Raven stiffened, before turning as one to look at Revenge, who returned their gaze with the impenetrability of an oracle.

-HEX, Rhiannon Lassiter

“I have found humans to be quite argumentative.”

Kirk couldn’t resist. “No, we’re not.”

“Yes, you…” The Vulcan hesitated, raised an eyebrow. “Kidding?"

“You catch on fast,” Kirk smiled approvingly.

--The Notice Board--

6/14/11 - To those who are curious, I have not dropped off the face of the planet. I have merely been forced to deal with some unforseen family issues, and as a result have had to spend much of my time slogging through those rather than writing. This is also the cause of my extremely slow responce time to any Private Messages that have been sent my way.

Please, don't think I've forgotten anyone that's written me, I've merely been delayed in answering. To those of you that sent me little notes pointing out mistakes, I would like to express my deepest thanks for pointing these things out to me, and to let you know that I will be dealing with them as my time becomes available.

Thank you for being patient with me.

In light of all this, I would like everyone to know that I am working on a special one-shot for ToT that I'm hoping will make everyone happy despite the long wait. Thanks again to everyone that's stuck by me. -Shi
