Author has written 21 stories for Card Captor Sakura, Final Fantasy VII, Final Fantasy VIII, Final Fantasy IX, Final Fantasy X-2, and Star Ocean. I'm Sorceress Myst! I'm also known around the net as Paine the Wicked and atecwriter. I'm a ten-year veteran of fanfic writing and have improved over the years. Like all new writers, I've written god-awful plots, Mary Sues, and turned characters into OOC hyperactive mental patients on crack. But, I kept writing and realized that I could do better. Now I don't have OCs running around as the hero and the few that are there are not perfect or hated. My plots are better, if not captivating (it's up to you to judge though :D) and I try to keep the characters IC based on what I've observed or read from the game/anime/novel. Go ahead and take a look, the newer the fic, the better written it is. Though I believe my best work up to date is my original novel 'The Rise of Heretics'. My best fanfiction would have to be 'For the Prosperity of Aquor'. One thing I dislike most in fanfics are Alternate Universes (mostly High School fics) and I did try to write one myself to better understand the appeal of writing one. Even though I had a few chuckles with it, I still don't like High School fics and I don't think 'Aquios High' is one of my better works. But I'm glad others liked it. As I promised, I turned that fanfiction into an original novel called 'Euri High' and it has the true ending to the fanfiction. If you want to buy a copy (there are three volumes) you can find it here: my lulu.com page. LonelyCitadel has drawn the cover art for the last book. However, I do love Alternate Realities. The difference between AUs and ARs is that in an AR, it's still the same universe, timeline, and characters, but there is something different about the original storyline. I'm more likely to write an AR or stand alone one-shots to experiment with a character's personality. Another thing about me is that I'm not against any pairings. I tend to like some cannon pairings and sometimes I like crack pairings. I'm not against yaoi/yuri either, but it will be only implied in my stories. Hopefully I didn't bore you with all that information :D Current Project: I'm working on an old AlNel lemon and it can be found on adultfanfiction.net or on my Wordpress account since this site doesn't tolerate adult fiction. I might clean it up enough to conform to the rules here, but the uncut full adult version can only be found there. It is called For the Prosperity of Aquor |Adultfanfiction link (http://games.adultfanfiction.net/story.php?no=600081562)| Wordpress Link (http://atecwriter.wordpress.com/)| and it's an AR that deviates from the storyline during the first visit to the Kirlsa Training Facility. It's basically a 'what if' exploring the idea of what could happen if Albel returned early and encountered Nel during her rescue mission. And it's also an exploration of Nel's character during the events of the game. Yes there is lemon in the first chapter, but it starts out as a one sided romance...if you can even call it a 'romance' with Albel (no love from Nel's side). The main character is practically the child of Albel and Nel (personality wise, not really) and she's gender confused :P Game Project: I'm working on a parody rewrite of the PC version of Final Fantasy VII. I call my masterpiece Final Fantasy VII AWESOME. I intend to edit the whole story and upload the file so that other owners of the game can play it. However I'm recording and uploading some of the scenes on YouTube for feedback.
