Hey you!

There isn't much to say about myself. I like femslash, I try to do my best writing it. I guess I'm one of those who don't really know what they're about to do with their lives. Neeways, some pointless data (lets make the long story short, eh?) I'm Finnish, been here since 1988 ("Never ask a woman how old she is, just the year she was born..." -my oh-so-wise colleague, not the brightest crayon in the box..) My taste in music is quite comprehensive, mostly rock, j-rock/j-pop and I don't like mainstream music. I dunno how much of this is actually interesting since I only write and post fanfiction here... not to mention how much of this is relevant...

Story progress thingy

As you might have noticed I haven't updated anything for over a year. I have to find a way to balance my personal life and work, which used to be impossible just few months ago seeing as I practically lived at work and it was all I could think about. I also had a relationship issues that kept me AFK, sorry about these things, some people might call it a life but I don't know... Now I've gained some actual free time to myself and just to myself, so I should get back to writing. Hopefully something good will come out of this year 2009, so a bit late notice but Happy New Year to all! Hopefully I'll get some good updates out and to those who haven't already abandoned me a huge thanks for cheering me on. I really appreciate it. :)

Completed:
Watching the Stars
Interesting period in my life, developed my self-confidence in writing. Thanks to everyone who reviewed. I would also like to announce that the sequel is now in-progress. A possible title, that might change before I post it is Downfalls of the Dawn. Won't be long till I post it here. I just try to avoid some mistakes I made in the beginning of Watching the Stars. What comes to those mistakes, I'll fix some errors when I find the time and patience to re-organize the chapters so that they fit the book. I should've checked everything in the book before I started writing.
Revenge Is Sweet
I need to change the title to "Vengeance Is Sweet" and also fix the phrase in the actual story.. Geez, I should pay more attention to stupid things like this. This story was a result of anger towards a certain person in my life. Who-shall-not-be-named. The grudges however have been buried and forgotten.
Your Illusion
I wrote this based on a song, just an experiment and practice. I'm not personally very fond of this story or the pairing.
Stay Tuned For A Re-Match
Very Faith-influenced. (Faith from Buffy...) and I do not like this story so much either. Just a drabble. I guess I was bored or something.
None Of Your Business
Also very song-based. Experimental. Could've been longer and if I had the time or interest I could develop this; I don't so I'll leave it as it is.
Stuck
More in-character description of Hermione and Fleur than any other of my stories. The first one I wrote and I'm quite proud of this. Of course there are things I could fix but again there's the time/effort factor I'm not so keen about. It's good for a first story. It'll stay as it is.
Spin the Bottle
Short-fic. Very short. Darn, I'm so not ok with how this turned out. :enter self-critisism rant: While I was writing this I felt like I am not worthy of writing anything of this couple since there are people who do it zillion times better and zillion times more in-character. There are also some really bad ShizNat fics I've encountered, that always make me wonder whether I should have posted this at all. Just makes me one of those...

In-Progress
The Perfection of Hermione Granger
Sad to say, this project is stalled for undefined period of time. I had a thought and I lost it. I had an inspiration for writing this and I'm not quite sure where it came from. Not very well planned for a start. I wish I could elaborate and keep this story alive. It was originally meant to have three chapters. I'll try to gather my thoughts and form words out of them. Yunno the feeling when you see a picture in your head and you think you can draw it on a piece of paper and then you try and it doesn't resemble the picture you had in your mind. That is what happened with this fic. But it's still in-progress until I give up.

Downfalls of the Dawn
Don't expect immediate updates, enjoy it if it does happen. Sequel to Watching the Stars, though I've now decided that the pace is going to be faster(jumping periods of time ahead after few first chapters) and I also decided I won't be following the books so much anymore. Some things, but not all. Busy period in my life right now, I hope it'll settle down later so I have more time to do things that I like, such as writing.

I wanna do a good, well-thought-out story of Shizuru & Natsuki. Written in rich language and it has to be very in-character. Also set to HiME environment/universe. Otome-universe is nice but too far from the reality.
Also no title for these..
Fics of couples from Naruto, Marimite and possibly others. Something completely different. I had a thought about Nanaho/Kuon that if nobody else writes about them I will. But it might just be for my own amusement. I'm pretty sure I'm one of the total 3 people who actually watched the whole anime. :D the talking puppet was quite disturbing...

I apologize for being very lazy, I do my best to read fics of different authors when I have the time. And I always review when I do so... I'm also lazy responding to every review I get, if it has in-depth critisism, questions or I simply like the review or find it useful, I tend to answer.
