Welcome to my fan-fiction. Scroll down for the list of stories.
I write mainly in the Phantom of the Opera world, but do other occasional stories in Harry Potter and mythology.
Many thanks go to my husband and family for putting up with my face glued to a terminal, and to my children who read, provide comments, and give support. Thanks to Jennie and GlovedHand on phantomoftheopera.com for their incisive and in-depth discussions of all things Phantom, and for their encouragement. Thanks also to my readers and reviewers, especially the dedicated regulars.
Phantoms of the Past: This is my Leroux-based serial novel, NOW COMPLETED!. I wrote POTP because I wanted to explore Christine's point of view from the inside. What did it feel like to be Christine as a prisoner in Erik's apartment by the lake? Why did she return to him, even when she might have escaped? Why that inexplicable burst of tenderness at the end? What was her marriage to Raoul like, and her family?
My LJ: Come visit my LJ here for all kinds of odd discussions, including talk about "Phantoms of the Past."
Other Leroux-based stories include "The Flames That Consume Us" and "A Lady Called Death," which also ties in with "Phantoms of the Past."
My Phantom of the Opera movie fan-fiction is based on the film universe created by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Joel Schumacher. All my Phantom movie stories pair Meg with the Phantom, and are part of the same story universe and thus have many references and recurring characters in common.
If you want to read them in order, they go as follows:
"The Man in the Boat" (after Music of the Night)
"No End to Longing" (after Masquerade)
"Residue" (Final Lair scene)
Sequels (in time order:)
"Swan Song" (for my husband Bill, who had the original idea)
"Upon Many Waters," "In Dreams He Came," "Garden of Earthly Delights," "Afterlife."
Visit my C2 called Stranger Than You Dreamt It. From the description: Here you will find well written Phantom of the Opera oneshots and completed stories that are just plain different, that open doors others won't. Unusual stories with odd or uncommon settings or twists, or that show a side of a character you've never seen before. All pairings and versions, all showing good quality writing.
