Hi. Hello there. Waves apprehensively. I'm stelladelnord, which is italian for star of the north (as in, you know, the north star). However, my real name is Jamie. My friends sometimes call me Jai. Online though, I prefer Jamie. It's easier. It's simple. Simplicity. Anyways. I am currently a junior in highschool, which is pretty much grade eleven. I live in Canada, where there are no igloos but there are definately 'eh's'. I absolutely love english literature. I've been reading since a young age -- two, I believe -- and writing since I could hold a pen, which must have been around the age of, what, four years? Ever since that age, I always wanted to become an author. I never had any idea which kind of audience I wanted to write for. Now, I don't know if I even want to become an author. I enjoy writing. I absolutely love it. Yet, I feel like if I take it up as a career, it won't be fun for me anymore. I have no idea if I can take that. I'm rambling. Oh my gosh, I'm freaking rambling. Now I'm more into the whole psychology thing. I've been through so much in my life and I feel like I can... understand where everyone is coming from. I have such this huge imagination that I feel like I can empathize with almost everyone, and I want to help the people I can understand themselves. Mostly, I want to be a child psychologist. A child therapist. Because (and I know, never begin a sentence with because rolls eyes) in a sense, I'm still a kid. I may be fifteen. I may be in grade eleven and I may be in highschool. However, I'm definately still growing up. The whole point of this, is I want to go into child psychology and therapy because I am still growing and when I am grown, I'm going to remember my childhood. I'm going to help people. I also plan on going into journalism (see, I still have a writer in me) and veterainerian...did I spell that correctly? I also enjoy blogging, photography, music, rug-hooking and hanging out with my friends... I also don't mind watching movies and television shows. I am, afterall, a regular teenager ;)

Like I said above, I'm an imaginative person. Since I am imaginative, I have a very NC-17 rated mind. I can basically turn anything into something incredibly dirty. I'm also a very caring, honest, trustworthy person. I love my life, even though I use to absolutely hate it. I swear too much, I over-analyze everything and I always wonder about the what-ifs. I know though, that life is what you make it to be. That it is you who shapes it into what it is. No one else. Years ago, I would have said it was God's way with controlling the universe. Now, I'm not so sure. Of course, I still believe in God, no doubts there. What I don't believe in, I'm not so sure. Yet, I'm sure I'll figure it out one day.

My family and my friends and my music are what make me move forward. I... I would honestly be nothing without those things, and I know that basically everyone says that. Writes that. Thinks that. For me though, it is actually true. My family, friends and music were my intervention. I thank them for it.

My favourite musical artists would include: Coldplay, Debussy, David Usher, U2, Tegan and Sara, The Veronicas, The Ting Tings, Uh Huh Hers, Band of Horses, Alanis Morissette, Bob Marley, 30 Seconds to Mars, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Our Lady Peace, OMD, Bach, Sara Bareilles, Tatu, and so much more. My favourite authors include: Cabot, Pullman, Brown, Harrison, Abbot, Rowling, Meyer and many many more. My favourite smut authors include: Joanna Lindsay.

I was first introduced to fanfiction through the Harry Potter Dialogue Boards. I was introduced to these boards shortly after the first book in the series was introduced. Ever since then, I've been addicted to fanfiction. I write fanfiction for the following titles: Harry Potter, Twilight, CSI, Grey's Anatomy, Zoey 101, Jurrasic Park, Across the Universe, Gossip Girl, 90210 and Friends. Of course, that doesn't mean I post all of them onto my fanfiction accounts. The ones I do post are usually already on here.

The things I don't like reading about are relationships, even cannon ones, that I do not enjoy reading. An authors note in the middle of a story, a character completely out of character that they don't have an ounce of the characterization the author gave them, graphic sexual slash, whether it be male of female. There are also many other things I don't like, which I can't think of. My biggest pet peeve in stories, however, is grammatical and punctuation errors, that are so absurd that... it's ABSURD! I also don't like repetition and words that are at a beginner level, unless your new to the English language.

MY FANFICTIONS

As of right now, I'm writing a lot of fanfictions for Twilight, Harry Potter and CSI. However, I will not be posting these stories until I possibly can. Which means, I won't post anything with less than ten chapters already written. Unless, of course, I'm absolutely excited to get it out there.

Of course, the posts would be scarce because my laptop is broken down and I have no cord for it. Until I have the money for the cord, I'll be posting on my brother's computer, which he locks most of the time. That is why story posting will be scarce.

For those of you who liked my Can Love Save the Day trilogy, it is deleted for a reason. Will it be coming back? When I deleted it, I had told myself yes. Now, I'm not one hundred percent sure. It's not my best work and I barely even recognize it. So, I probably won't.

For those of you who knew of my Stop Crying Your Heart Out fanfiction of the HP Dialogue Boards, I am continuing it. However, before I do so, I'm rewriting it. I am going to try to keep the chapters the same length, but you never know. I currently don't know.

For fair warning, my newer fanfictions will include a lot of swearing, lemony goodness (sex) and mature themes. I'm growing up. I'm becoming more of a mature person. Therefore, my stories are growing up. My writing is maturing. It's a wonderful feeling, that it is.

My older fanfictions include a lot of depression. A lot of angst and so much more. Why? Well, it was who I was at the time. Since it is very angsty, there is so much more swearing. Much much more swearing. Don't let it diffuse you though... at least, I hope it doesn't.
