Long story short, I kind of fell out of love with the Kingdom Hearts fandom. Not that I didn't still think the games were fun and the characters were awesome...I just...stopped being so interested in fanfiction. But my interest has been renewed, and my schedule is all but empty...so here I am, writing again. In other news, I have also decided to rewrite The Adytum, and the rewrite will be posted as a new story, titled Lodestars. 4/1/11: While working on the third chapter of Beneath the Balcony, something interesting happened. As I read through the first few pages of it -- written in Leon's point of view -- I realized that the character by the end of those pages was no longer Leon, but had morphed into a totally new, original character. And now that has happened, I see that the story was never meant to be a fanfic at all, and has taken on a life of its own, and the characters of Kingdom Hearts I had originally inserted into it no longer had a place in it. So, it has been abandoned, to be re-imagined as an original story. I am sorry, as I was excited by the prospect of seeing it take shape with all those characters I love so, but it has shown me that it wants to be something else. However, as no one really read it anyway, I can't imagine it's much of a loss to this site haha. (Also, no this is not an April Fool's joke. Just happens to have occurred on that day).
