That Writr is in her early 30s, unfortunately single (although not, er, inexperienced), and an assistant professor at a small liberal arts college in a small town/suburb near Anchorage. She wants to be Toni Morrison when she grows up.

She has only one story and says of it:

Anyway, I've read a lot of New Moon AUs set after Edward left Bella, and I've read several stories where Bella is in college or teaching. I've even read a few that tried to write Bella as disabled. A couple of these are pretty good. Others, however, well ... aren't. But instead of just bitching, I decided I should put my money where my mouth is. This is my own attempt.

The town and college described in the story are fictional. But otherwise, the details are pretty much taken from real life. I lived in North Georgia and I teach at a college much like "Dawes" (albeit not IN North Georgia).

I didn't figure Bella would be that all-fired pleased to see Edward again. Considering. Despite that, the story is -- eventually -- B/E.
