Once Upon A Time there was girl who loved to write...

I've been writing the beginning of this century, I think my first actually story (as in my own characters and story) can be dated to 2003, but I'm too lazy to go check. I hope one day to be able to call myself an accomplished author and have a few books published. Anyways, I love to read and I tend to fill in the blanks (especially when it comes to the more visual media like manga and comics), so I've finally started writing down the fan fiction that's been cluttering up my mind. Most of the stories you'll find posted here will just be me extrapolating on things I've already read, although you might find the occasional dramatic change of events that I may write down when I'm unhappy with the way a story has gone or is going. Fanfic tends to be the way I experiment with plot ideas and writing techniques, since I seem almost incapable of coming up with an original plot that doesn't come to full novel length.

Most of what you will find here are one shots inspired by an event in something I've read or watched (mostly read) and as such they will probably bear the label 'Chapter 0' (in true manga fashion). If the story requires more than one chapter, yeah for me, I'm feeling especially creative today.

9/20 After yet another long and ridiculously cruel hiatus I have finally finished Hello Again. Next on the list in the eventual future? Moving Onwards and then perhaps SOTF, I have the feeling school will be taking hold of my life again soon so don't hold you breath. Just wait for that happy email that tells you I'm writing again.

8/3 For all my good intentions there are just times that school has to take priority. Which has been the last six weeks of my life (okay, maybe there were days when Bones took priority and my new Buffy phase too). Anyways, I'm sorta back. Since finals are coming up I'm only going to be working on one project at a time, which since I follow the voices (not to mention the deluge of update cries) means that Hello Again is where I'm picking up. I promise to get to Moving Onward, SOTF, and the IYOK saga and prompts on FP eventually, but for now I'm focusing myself. Oh and btw, thanks to all the people who've made Hello Again my most pouplar story ;D. I love ya'll.

6/15 And three chapters later Hello Again is still going strong. It's quickly overtaking SOTF and Across Time as my most popular fanfic here. Yeah! And I'm still going with all the Kenshin/Kaoru loveliness, Moving Onwards is in its second chapter and the third one is just waiting to be uploaded. And now, I really need to work on some of my more legit projects. Which means I'll be posting the continuation of the If You Only Knew saga on my FP account.

6/10 I'm still working on the third chapter of Hello Again, sorry, I'm needing some Amuto inspiration. Not quite sure what I'm planning to do with the story (this is why I hate making things up when I don't know the end). But I have posted a couple of chapters for my Rurouni Kenshin story Breathe. There is a sequel in the makings. And finally, I've started the writer's prompt thing. I just posted the second installation yesterday. It's on my FictionPress account (link is at the end of my descrip above), check it out if you don't mind =D.

5/25 Alright...I've just updated my Beta status as active. I hope to remain so for the summer, we'll see what happens when school comes round I'm doing 18 credits...but for now I'll be taking requests.

4/17 Chapter 4 of SOTF is up. And one other thing, I'm thinking of starting a little writer's prompt dohickey on my FictionPress account. It would four of five random words (adjectives and nouns). I'm trying to start writing my own stuff a little more regularly for practice, but it's hard to find good prompts, so I figured that I might as weel share this with everybody. If people really like the idea I might find a way for others to read the stories from the prompts (I'd be posting my own). I'm putting up a poll (I think) soonish, just drop me a line and lemme kow what you think.

3/28 Alright. Chapter 3 of Shadow of the Future is up. Now I'm heading over to FictionPress to start uploading a story or two. Go ahead and follow the link.

3/11 I know, I'm awful. I've been away for so long. It's not that I'm not writing, I'm just doing it the old fashioned way (which I happen to prefer) and then not typing it up. But I'm working on that, cause I got a couple of things on my mind. I added some bat/cat stuff first because someone requested it and I happened to have it. Sigh, my brain needs a save button, so that all the wonderful moments I dream up at work while I'm reading back orders can be pulled out later without any of the scrambling to find the original thought.

1/10 Whee...Across Time is finished. Now, I am going to take a short break and work on my real book for a little while...don't worry, it'll probably be a very short break. Soon as I hit writer's block again, I'll probably be back here posting one of my other projects.
