Current Inuyasha fics: (5/28/09) UPDATE ON STORY STATUS: This has not been my year. School kept me very busy. If you think high school or college are bad, you should try graduate school. Things have the possibility of getting better, but I'm not making any promises. I am taking my last class this summer and am due to graduate in August. Yay! My sister took a voluntary layoff from her job, meaning that she is now home to watch the kids and I am out of a job. I really need to find a job by the end of summer or things are going to get stickier than they are now. Also, I haven't done a lot of creative writing in about 3 years, about the same time I started watching my nephew and going to school. I could probably write a wonderful paper on the effects of early literacy programs on at-risk children in daycare situations, but my creative writing muscles have sort of atrophied. I have plans to continue all of my stories (and maybe even write a few new ones) but it is going to take me a while to get back in the writing habit. Grumble at me all you want. I know how it feels when an favorite author abandons an interesting story just when it's starting to get good. I really am sorry that my stories were forced to take a back seat to real life. There's the living mermaid, the man with two heads, and even the dogboy who is reputed to be over 200 years old. Kagome never believed in the unexplainable until the night she is forced to keep the promise she made to her little brother. I won't be posting this story until it is complete. Not exactly sure how long it will be, but I don't think it will be too long. Right now I have about half of the second chapter written. It still needs a title, and probably a better summary.
