Author has written 15 stories for Harry Potter, Star Wars, and Doctor Who. Name: Jon C. Been well over a year since I last updated my profile here. Suffice it to say, computer troubles didn't end with my now defunct laptop (which, by the way, took with it a lot of my files—any story listed below with Abandoned by it is included in that list of the lost). The vast majority of my back-catalogue is situated firmly in the realm of Harry Potter. However, offline, I have written fics set in Doctor Who, Star Trek, Star Wars, Discworld, H2G2, and Fallout 2 (yes, the Post-Apocalyptic Nuclear RPG), purely for my own personal amusement… and because the plot bunnies wouldn't bugger off and leave me to write original fiction until I exorcised them. When or if you read the stories I've got here please bear in mind that the oldest of them are about 5 years old, which in terms of my (hopefully) improved writing skills qualifies them as ‘ancient’ and practically illegible by comparison. I feel compelled to point out the ridiculous nature of people signing up for Alerts on stories that are clearly labelled as COMPLETE — with regards to my stories, it means they're never going to be added to, at least not in the state they're currently in. Please, either leave a review, put them in your favourites, or ignore them after the first read through. It'd make this Pedant with self-diagnosed OCD so much happier. Below are the stories I've uploaded to this site in the order they were originally written (to the best of my knowledge) with a small status update alongside them. Harry Potter There is a tiny chance that NEM may be continued at an indeterminate date in the future. I won't make any promises (not that anyone really cares) because I'll probably end up breaking them, and that's not something I like doing. Star Wars Through The Flames / One-Shot — Complete I have a number of other stories started but none are currently in a state that would allow me to upload them… Doctor Who Problem 1:- I keep changing my mind about the ending. The reason I'm worrying about this now is because the seeds of the ending are being sown into the next couple of chapters and I need to make a decision soon… I have two or three other DW stories in the pipeline but as with the SW fics, none are fit for reading at this moment… | |||||||
