Author has written 14 stories for Phantom of the Opera.
Hello all! I am The Scorpion OF The Scorpion and The Grasshopper, though you also may know me as Siren of Averne from certain Phantom of the Opera message boards where I hosted The Phantom of the Opera Morbidity Writing Contests!

My passion in Phantom is Dark Phic. Sure, I like the lighter fluffy stuff too, but one of the reasons I was ever drawn to Phantom in the first place was for its darker, Gothic aspects, and these are the themes I like to write and read about the most! You'll notice all of my stories are on the darker side, some crossing over the line from Gothic romance into sheer horror.

There came a time a couple years ago, just after the ALW movie came out, where I'd grown so desperate from the overabundance of fluffy phic and dreadful dearth of other dark stories, that I created the Morbidity Writing Contests in order to inspire a growth in the genre, and they were a tremendous success! So if you're like me and a fan of the terrors of the night, I highly recommend checking out the site I linked above. You will also find many of those stories already posted on FanFiction as well, many of which are included in my C2 community which is entirely devoted to Dark Phic, and only features completed works.

Come join my Wuthering Heights message board! It's so cold and lonely; we need more members!
